Russian rocket firing commander explains how targets are selected

A Ukrainian command centre has been identified on the ground. A drone is sent up to confirm the target and acquire its exact coordinates. The drone then confirms that there are no civilians in the target area. Wind speed and direction is measured. The ‘truck’ then moves to its firing position, the rockets are aimed and fired. Expenditure of six rockets in this case. Orders come in by radio and everything is written down manually. Once the weapons are despatched, the ‘truck’ gets going as retaliatory fire can be expected.
