Sam Cooper at the Bureau.news ran an article today under the title
Federal Prosecutors Charge Sinaloa’s Governor, a Senator, a Mayor, and Seven
Other Senior Mexican Officials With Running a Narco-State for the Chapitos
It claims:
In what appears to be the frst instance in American legal history of the Justice Department
indicting a sitting Mexican governor, prosecutors allege that Ruben Rocha Moya, 76, who has
served as governor of Sinaloa since November 2021, did not simply accept cartel money. He
allegedly made his deal with the Chapitos — the sons of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman — before
he was ever elected, in a meeting guarded by Cartel sicarios armed with machineguns, and
delivered on every term thereafter.
That’s rich for many reasons, starting with the fact that the Guzmans are just actors and puppets of the
CIA, El Chapo being another one of their scarecrows, as I have shown many times. Remember how
Sean Penn was interviewing El Chapo?
Hilarious, right? The second reason it is a joke is that US courts have no jurisdiction over Mexican
governors and can’t legally charge them with anything. That would have to be done in an international
court. But the biggest reason this is a joke is that you have to ask how the US has the gall to charge
any country with running a narco-state, seeing that we are owned by Pfizer and the other drug
companies, as the vaccine blitz after Covid proved. That’s a narco-state, by definition. But even
without that, every man, woman, and child is on so many drugs they can’t see straight, and have been
for decades. Not only alcohol, pot, caffeine, and amphetamines, but now also Valium, Adderol, Zoloft,
Prozac, Ritalin, Abilify, Xanax, Oxycontin, Fentanyl, Ozempic, methadone, nicotine, cocaine,
“vaccines”, and a stew of PEDs. And those are just a few of the biggest sellers: there are thousands
more. So watching the US charge Mexico with running a narco-state is like watching Stephen Colbert
attack Jimmy Kimmel for not being funny anymore.

Statements from a Mexican diplomat, which were revealed from leaked emails from
the Stratfor leak in 2012, appeared to imply the belief amongst Mexican officials that U.S.
officials were assisting the Sinaloa cartel’s drug smuggling efforts into the U.S. and were
protecting the cartel while attacking its rivals in an attempt to lower violence between
Mexican drug cartels; this was backed up by information provided by a Mexican foreign
agent, codenamed MX1.[177] The allegation that U.S. officials were controlling the drug
trade through Mexico was corroborated by the former spokesman of the State of
Chihuahua, Guillermo Terrazas Villanueva.[178]
In March 2015, BBC TV program This World broadcast an episode entitled “Secrets of
Mexico’s Drug War”[179] which reported on the U.S. government’s Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ Operation Fast and Furious which had allowed
licensed firearms dealers to sell weapons to illegal buyers acting on behalf of Mexican
drug cartel leaders, in particular the Sinaloa Cartel.[180] In the same documentary it is
shown that the U.S. Justice Department invoked national security reasons to prevent
Humberto Loya Castro, the lawyer of the Sinaloa Syndicate, from being summoned as a
witness to the trial against Vicente Zambada Niebla.
The War on Drugs or on foreign cartels became a farce decades ago, since the US government is the
biggest drug cartel in the world, and we know it wants you addicted to as many drugs as you can put in
your mouth at the same time. The preferred US citizen is one that can fit at least 50 pills in his mouth
every morning, and another 20 or 30 suppositories and needles during the day, plus a 16-hour vape.
Anything short of that and he isn’t doing his job supporting the economy.

“The Sinaloa Cartel is a ruthless criminal organization that has flooded this community with
dangerous drugs for decades,” said U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton. “No matter your title or position, we
are committed to bringing you to justice.”
Again, you have to laugh. Pfizer has also flooded this community with dangerous drugs for decades, as
have Moderna, Astrazeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Lilly, Merck, Bayer, J&J, and dozens of other
huge companies. Why are they respected companies worth billions, with CEOs that Trump has called
“great, great men”, instead of ruthless criminal organizations? You will say they have all been indicted
many times, often paying millions in penalties, which is true, but those penalties are always just slaps
on the wrist, usually in the low millions, often being settlements with no admission of guilt, and they
come out the other end unscathed. New promotion just kicks in, including promotion from the
government, and it is all swept under the rug.
Which is why they have to divert your attention to these fake foreign cartels like Sinaloa. They need
you eyes off local crimes and criminals, so they manufacture these Hollywood bad guys, taking a page
out of the old J. Edgar Hoover playbook. But now instead of fake Italian mobsters in loud suits from
Chicago or New York, they have decided to go with these little Hispanic guys in Mexico or Colombia
or somewhere, since that is far harder for you to confirm, or non-confirm. What are you going to do,
fly down to Colombia and see for yourself? No, you have to take Sean Penn’s word for it. You saw it
on CNN, so it must be true. Your government wouldn’t lie to you, right? The government that allows
Big Pharma to push all these dangerous drugs on you; the government that sets up an FDA and CDC
and WHO and then allows them to be staffed and run by Big Pharma. The government composed of a
Congress that is supposed to provide oversight for these agencies, and then provides no oversight. The
government composed of a President and Court system that is supposed to provide oversight for these
agencies and companies, and then provides no oversight. Only further promotion.
But I remind you: YOU have oversight. You can solve this problem without any of those people or
agencies. Stop buying and taking the drugs! Stop believing the news. Stop letting these people herd
you. Dry out, sober up, and slap yourself awake. Your life is still yours as long as you have the
gumption to claim it.
