The Tap Blog started twenty years ago. I had retired and gone to live in Manila. Being eight hours ahead gave me time to analyse the various newsfeeds and write something pertinent before the western world awoke. It was conventionally political writing, until 2009 when a reader sent in a comment suggesting I studied some videos and writings of Dr Stan Monteith of Radio Liberty in Monterrey Bay.
