Ukraine was captured by the Maidan coup in 2014 and now the conquest is being unwound by Russia’s armed forces. Russia wants a strong border, and Ukraine not run by supporters of Bandera and the mass killing of political opponents. Russia wants NATO out of Ukraine. What chnace?
The West is trying to manipulate Putin into a peace settlement before Russia advances across the Dniepr river, and before the Ukrainian armed forces collapse. But the West is not offering anything that Russia has stated as the requirements for peace.
