So it was a mistake they said. Like I said, it was intentional. Get out now. Here is another video about this I published on October 16th:
The Paypal notice did not go out in error. They got their tit in a wringer on this one.

You have a contract with them. You have 10 days to notice them of YOUR NEW TERMS or to decline to accept their new terms. You don’t have to accept this across the board, you have an Administrative remedy. I quit Paypal back in 2019 so I am out already.
