Why would Ukraine shoot down a Russian plane carrying their own prisoners to a prisoner exchange. It was either a US crew using Patriot, or possibly a French crew firing a French missile. The Freench theory is strengthened by Russia successfully targeting FRench base in Kharkiv killing dozens of French officers.
Russia neutralising Ukrainian drones with electronic warfare capability. Russian Lancets being used in much bigger numbers. Not much ground captured but war of attrition being fought, and Russia paying price for small gains.
