| July 8, 2025: A lawsuit was filed yesterday by hundreds of thousands of healthcare providers against HHS Secretary Kennedy and other leaders of HHS for the recent changes to the CDC’s COVID-19 vaccine recommendations for children and pregnant women posted on the CDC website.

As I mentioned in the interview, these doctors are now opening themselves up to being sued for liability they’ve been avoiding under alleged protection of the PREP Act.
