High Dose Vitamin D Increases Fat Loss & Muscle Growth – New Study is a video looking at vitamin d deficiency and how much vitamin d is needed in order to be healthy. It is a topic with much confusion behind it as to exactly what is needed to be healthy and have sufficient vitamin D levels. Vitamin D side effects are often a concern but the reality is most people are not at high enough levels to have an issue. Vitamin D supplements are the ideal way to improve your vitamin D scores.

Just about to start a regimen of D3/K2, as according to two homoeopathic doctors, one is useless without the other.
Yes indeed, I use D3/K2 on a daily basis
A nutritionist I know told me that you need both. Also told me that, as a septuagenarian, your skin becomes less efficient at metabolising Vit D. So best maximise sun exposure AND supplement too
I also take Vitamin D3 with K2 Belyi and Pete. I don’t know whether there is a plain vitamin D or whether vitamin D has different effects when taken by itself?
There is, and it was a naturopathic doctor who told me take it and which brand several years ago. I would have thought she’d know what was right, but it seems that without K2, it’s not very powerful.
The picture shows salmon. Apparently, farmed salmon is very toxic, and wild salmon is very very scarce now.
Yes, I won’t touch anything but wild Ian
I’ve seen salmon farming from very close up. When I went out on a local boat from Oban, into Loch Linnehe, to see a seal colony [Massive grey fat slugs with heads like a dog]
On the way back to Oban the skipper said “would you like to see a salmon farm from close up?” I said no thanks, but I was in the minority. So he took us close to this massive pen in the Loch. It was an incredible sight, the surface was foaming with thrashing fish, some were leaping up, they all looked demented, it was disturbing. I never ate farmed salmon again after that
I agree Ian farmed salmon is bad for you, best to keep to wild salmon – you can’t beet natural!
