    I haven’t watched the video but I’ve always understood that milk is only good for calves. In fact we are the only species that drinks the milk of another.

      I think, more correctly, we are the only species as ‘adults’ that drink milk, the milk of other species.

          Are you on the booze, or am I misunderstanding your answer. I was trying to say that adult humans are the only species that drink milk. I know no other adult mammal that drinks milk, and humans drink the milk of other species too. Where did I say stop giving all animals milk? Do you know any human adults that drink their own mothers milk, apart from David Walliams on Little Britain.

            The oldest I have come across is a five year old human breast feeding, but some go on a lot longer I’ve heard. The band is called raw milk conspiracy, I believe. Good title! Yes. I like the booze too. Beer or red wine. Nature’s best again.

    Cats, dogs, rats, mice and literally dozens/hundreds of others. I grew up on a dairy farm and can remember the feeding of lambs with cow’s milk from a glass bottle with rubber teat. They sucked and sucked til the milk was all gone wagging their tails. Anti-milk propaganda is quite bizarre and totally inaccurate.

        I agree K’, my friend worken in a dairy farm in the 70’s, he brought a can of raw milk home every day. I haven’t tasted anything like it since.

        Straight from the cow, sheep or goat is best, hand pumped! Animals that have not been vaccinated or fed with soya or rapeseed etc – with no glyphosate used to suppress other plants. Pasture that has never been ploughed is even better as weeds don’t grow there. So no need for toxic sprays. All chemicals are harmful to all animal health.

        You are right kneepad, pasteurised is harmful, because the body can’t deal with it without the bacteria in the milk and the so called tuberculosis is not the same as humans get. I get raw milk delivered to my door from a local farm.
