Trump knew this attack was coming.

What happened to the Treaty?

What happened to peacemaker Trump?

How can Russia trust the USA and make new treaties when all former treaties are currently being broken?

The US/UK have given up caring, it seems.  And cannot be trusted by any other countries in the world.

They see themseleves as above the need to negotiate with other countries from hereon.

This is very dangerous.
