Denmark first Urination to send troops to Ukraine – and not as peace-keepers.
Thu 11:30 am +00:00, 17 Apr 2025 1All purely for educational pruposes of course. To study the use of attack drones being used against Russia.
They will become instant targets, says Russia, anywhere in Ukraine.
When countries announce an intention to send troops, it usually means the troops are already there.
While they are in the frontline studying the use of attack drones, they might even be tempted to fire one.
Just imagine.
Training facilities have been successfully targeted by Russian missiles before.
Not a great decision if you’re Danish, I would think.
What will the Danish soldiers do with their knowledge once they’ve been taught how to kill Russians with these attack drones?
Go home to Denmark to raise pigs? Or this time become bacon themselves….
The last time Denmark discussed sending troops to Ukraine, they were meant to be there as peace-keepers.
This time they want to become expert killers, and supply some Danish meat for the grinder.
Dumb or what….
More teams of Danish soldiers are scheduled to be sent to Ukraine. This is what army chief and major general Peter Boysen tells TV 2. No number has been set, and the courses have not been finally decided, but the army chief tells TV 2 that the plan is for both instructors and operational soldiers to attend courses of one to two weeks’ duration, starting as soon as possible. Possibly as early as this summer. “We send some teams down to look at what experiences the Ukrainians have had – first hand.
So those who operate with it on a daily basis, and not just me, come down and get that experience,” he says, adding that attack drones account for “over 70 percent of the Ukrainian kills against Russian forces.”
According to the Russian embassy, it will be a decision that “endangers the lives of Danish soldiers”.
“In this context, we would like to remind you that military facilities, including headquarters, training and education centers, as well as locations of military personnel and equipment, both deep inside Ukrainian territory and on the front line, are a legitimate target of the Russian armed forces,” Ambassador Barbin said in the email. Two weeks’ training? That sounds a lot compared with the Ukrainians’ couple of days before they get shipped off to the front line.
Are the Danish commanders planning to head the troops? Doubt it. Can’t say they haven’t been warned.
