Let’s talk poop

You might not think of constipation as a big deal, but recent studies show that it can actually increase the risk of serious heart problems, like heart attacks and strokes. Researchers from Australia and Denmark found that people who have back-up issues have a higher chance of facing heart issues compared to those who don’t.

A new study from Monash University looked at data from over 500,000 people and found that those with constipation were twice as likely to experience heart attacks or strokes. This is especially true for people with high blood pressure, who had a 34% increased risk if they were also constipated.

Why?

When you’re constipated, you might strain really hard to go to the bathroom. This straining can raise your blood pressure temporarily, which isn’t good for your heart. Plus, if you have an imbalance in gut bacteria, it can lead to inflammation in your body – also not good for your heart.

The good news is that there are ways to help prevent constipation. Eating healthy fiber (like fruit), drinking plenty of water, and staying active can make a big difference.

But that’s not your only option…

Gut Doctor: “Can’t poop? Read this…”

Let’s talk about your poop.

I know, I know… not the most comfortable conversation topic.

But when you’re constipated, it’s a major issue.

You can feel bloated… fatigued… uncomfortable.

Sometimes spending hours on the toilet squeezing and straining.

Ugh… it’s the worst.

And you might not know this…

But the human gut can store over 10 pounds of stuck poop!

It’s no wonder chronic constipation is a leading cause of doctor visits.

I mean, all you want to do is just get the darn thing out.

…But how?

Well, Dr. Gina Sam, considered by many in the medical field to be the world’s foremost authority on ‘gut motility’ (which is just a fancy way of saying ‘pooping speed’)…

Revealed that most digestion “remedies” actually do more harm than good:

  • Fiber feeds bacteria and parasites
  • Laxatives actually destroy parts of the colon
  • Probiotics are counter-productive when taken orally

Instead, her years of research uncovered a simple solution… a gut fix that’s being called the instant fat flush”.

It takes just 7 seconds in the morning and can flush out up to 10-15 pounds of that backed-up poop in your gut.

Gut health fruit solution

This remarkable solution has already helped over 19,000 formerly-constipated Americans restore their digestive process.

Like Michelle S., who says it’s “been a godsend. It’s only been 2 weeks and I’m already pooping like I did as a teenager.”

Because the truth is, you can enjoy your favorite foods without bloating or unexplained weight gain.

And it literally takes just 7 seconds… People from all over the world have chosen this go-to solution whenever they have constipation, bloating or heartburn issues.

There’s a good reason so many people are crediting it with giving them their life back.

Check it out here today and your gut will thank you for it!

Hot cooked fruit every morning for breakfast and regular colonic irrigation. No junk food or drink ever and plenty of filtered water.

And why does the writer have to be so vulgar? The correct word is stools.

  2. Tapestry says:

Best health advice on the planet comes in Tap Blog comments! Americans don’t use the word stools, I guess! Vulgar means it’s the language of the common people. Best make sure we can all understand!

    • Belyi says:

I thought this blog was for a British audience. There is too much vulgar speech and bad grammar around already. I don’t know what people are taught now, but in all my courses we have talked about faecal matter or stools

Interesting point Belyi. I always assumed that the audience is worldwide, don’t know why really, just the fact that it is ‘tinterweb only I suppose

Is there even a way of knowing now? I now use a VPN. They are very effective at overcoming local jurisdiction, particularly for streaming stuff. They are supposed to maintain anonymity too, although I’m sceptical about that

        • Belyi says:

Even if it’s meant for a worldwide audience, Pete, there’s no need for posts to sink to the lowest common denominator.

I don’t have a problem at the moment with accessing all I need, but I’ll think about VPN if I do.

I’m with Tap on this one Belyi, the wider the understanding the better, and sometimes vulgar is more effective for that

In fact I will quite happily be vulgar myself in the right circumstances, for that exact reason. And sometimes simply to puncture the aloof certainty of more “educated” types, to get a rise out of them if you like

Education is a double edged sword as we have seen here many times. Certainly State education in the UK now amounts to little more than Pavlovian training at times. It doesn’t really set out to teach kids how to think for themselves. Which is surely, or should be, it’s primary purpose
