The Europeans talk endlessly with little result. Russia planned how to retake Kursk. Now they’re doing it. There will be many more Kursks when the order comes. Other see coming events differently. Dump is pressuring the Ukrainians to join peace talks with no prior conditions. When the negotiations start, Dump will no doubt start relaxing the sanctions. According to Alexander Mercouris, this is more likely to be the case,than total victory to the Russians. TAP – who would trust any negotiations? Lavrov is probably nearer the mark. The time for negotiations passed a long ime ago.
