    The old guy blames the lack of religion or religious teaching at schools, however I don’t agree. I feel that it is more likely by certain groups, and that it is condoned, even encouraged by publication of the perpetrators getting away with it. However, if digital IDs were brought in and shops equipped with electronic gates, as many supermarkets and larger shops are, it could be halted. Occam would be shaving himself.
