I believe that was the act used to steal all the properties within the now City of London, after the Great Fire.
Ian, the property of the inhabitants of the City of London were taken into trust after being declared lost at sea and could claim their property back provided they did it within 7 years. However it was applied to the whole country. Rather than stealing I would say constructive fraud! We all have such a trust and are richer than we think! Our utility bills are paid out of this trust so they are double dipping and charging us twice!!
