Since 2016, I have done a lot of reporting on a company called DynCorp, which ran the CIA’s chemical and bioweapons efforts around the world, suppressing protests and overthrowing regimes all over the globe.

In 2016, I focused on DynCorp’s vaccine development arm, DynPort, and the many machinations of DynCorp in creating mass formation psychosis events around the world to drive warfighter vaccine development. (Although I did not call them “mass formation psychosis events” in 2016, DynPort did indeed create mass formation psychosis events around “disease outbreaks” near uranium mines and hostile opposition groups.

I have always steered clear of Dr. Robert Malone’s background with DynPort, which I have called a joint venture between the US bioagent complexes at Ft. Detrick in Maryland/Ft. Belvoir in Virginia and the UK’s biological weapons complex in Porton Down, Berkshire. My first year of reporting in 2016 almost exclusively focused on DynCorp and DynPort until a Pakistani ISI unit emerged on Capitol Hill in March 2017 that had extensive connections to the chemical and biological warfare contractors for the Afghan and Iraq War.

Since 2016, Journalist George Webb has harshly criticized DynCorp and DynPort as CIA fronts for Chemical and Biological Agents development and testing around the world.

Just recalling these DynCorp and DynPort graphics I did six and seven years ago brings back a lot of memories of that 2016 and 2017 reporting, but more importantly, our research channel was predicting the DynCorp “Duisburg Scholars” would eventually try their chemical or biological tricks in the United States to put down dissent or overturn an election, just as they had done all over the world since their partnership with the CIA began in 1947.

I will be the first to admit, I have been about as subtle as a train wreck concerning DynCorp and the key players at the CIA who are responsible for the programs, but I have always sheltered the name of Robert Malone away from the taint of DynCorp and DynPort.

Yesterday, Malone’s close proximity to the Shanksville, PA Flight 93 crash came up, and this brought up Malone’s time with the Uniformed Health Service at the time of 9/11/. I was literally at the gates of Ft. Lewis US Army base during 9/11 buying Subway sandwiched in support of US Soldiers, so I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing that day. So the question of what Robert Malone was doing that day came up during the chat, and I remembered he was at the Uniformed Health Services “Tissue Bank” near Shanksville, PA.

There were 9/11 rumors that bioagents had been deployed inside the fuselage of Flight 93, so I wondered out loud where the tissue samples of the survivors of Flight 93 might have gone for tissue analysis. Autopsies of organ tissue can reveal if biological or chemical weapons have been deployed and caused death, and I believed Flight 93 tissue samples would be flown to Bethesda, Maryland as Ambassador Christopher Stevens’s body had been on 9/11/2014. I had attended every day of the “Benghazi Trial” in Washington, DC, and I had heard the physician who performed the forensic analysis of Ambassador Stevens describe this process in detail.

I will be the first to admit, I associated the Pakistani ISI operatives on Capitol Hill with Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi State Department team that had deployed Chemical and Biological agents in the “Arab Spring” and in Syria, and I was holding DynCorp and DynPort responsible. I saw the Benghazi “Consulate” as a front for staging biological and chemical weapons attacks in Libya and Syria, and I made no bones about the US State Department Diplomatic Security Service Agents who testified at the Benghazi Trial as being thinly veiled CIA operatives.

After the chemical attacks in Syria, there was tissue analysis done of the victims of Ghouta and Aleppo in various laboratories in the United States. In the development of countermeasures for these bioagents, these bioagents are isolated, amplified, and then injected into primates to study the countermeasures. I believe the primate lab that Robert Malone was affiliated with might have been involved with the tissue analysis of the 9/11 victims, but I have never associated Robert Malone with this analysis.

I have been the target of a ridiculous conspiracy theory that my brother and I “left open the Federal Bridge” that allowed 9/11 to happen and David Hawkins actually encouraged the survivors of 9/11 victims to attack my family. That is why I have been so hesitant to even mention Robert Malone’s background with DynPort or any of the monkey “tissue labs” in the Pittsburgh area. I have only accused Dmitri Alperovich of the Atlantic Council of moving Ukrainian hackers and bioagent scientists into labs where he has a history with the FBI’s Counter Intelligence Unit. I went to the Asylum Cafe in Pittsburgh in 2017 to point out exactly where the “asylum visas” were being granted for UPMC scientists.

But the question continues to arise in chats, “Where was Robert Malone on 9/11?”. After the ridiculous conspiracy theories about my brother and myself were aired week after week by a New York YouTuber, I gave a full account of exactly where I was on 9/11 and I even wrote a book about it. If Robert Malone wishes to answer questions about his background with DynPort, that is his prerogative. My only accusations of a CIA covert bioagents program near Bob Malone’s Winber Winber monkey lab have been for the adjacent hospital owner, Patrick Soon-Shiong.

I have said Dr. “Sing Song’s” cancer vaccine resembles an extortion racket for cancer.

But Dr. “Sing Song”’s forays into nanotechnology, and moving CIA’s chemical and bioagent library into virus-like particle nanotechnology will have to be the subject of a future Substack. I am at the limit of my Substack email limit.
