This is a scam that makes all previous financial scams pale in comparison, the only saving grace being
I don’t believe in the investment numbers either. Not only do I not believe Musk is worth a trillion or
that SpaceX is worth 2.2 trillion, I don’t believe that real people or institutions just bought shares at 150
via this IPO. I think it is a lie from top to bottom, in the attempt to prop up a stock market made of
pool noodles and dental floss. If you took away SpaceX and Nvidia and Anthropic and Google and all
the other fake tech companies, the market would have already collapsed into a smoking heap. And
under all the fake news, it HAS. The reality beneath the pretense is that all the markets have
completely collapsed, with the Phoenicians running around trying to figure out how to cover some of
their losses. Via these fake IPOs they hope to rob a last few terminally stupid people, but I doubt even
that is working.
You can visit this long and detailed youtube video which takes you in the first flight down the
rabbithole, admitting that SpaceX didn’t even register for this IPO as a space company. It registered as
a computer company. That’s because all its space launches are CGI, computer generated images. It is
all a fake. ColdFusion, the producer of the video, doesn’t admit that second part, opening the
documentary by telling us how successful SpaceX is as a rocket company (and how unsuccessful they
are as a computer company, losing a billion a month currently). He specifically mentions the rockets
being reusable and landing backwards, showing you the footage. But again, it is CGI, so he is blowing
smoke while allegedly outing this stock offering as a fraud. Rockets can’t fly or land backwards like
that, and every real physicist or scientist knows that. Most people who aren’t scientists know that, since
they aren’t stupid and they have eyes. Those videos don’t look even remotely real. Same for Musk,
who has never looked or sounded remotely real. He is just a semi-retarded bad actor who got this cush
job yapping for a living only because his dad is a billionaire.
And don’t believe the internet gatekeepers when they tell you anyone who thinks SpaceX is CGI is a
Flat Earther or other uneducated rube. It isn’t true. I am extremely highly educated and am not a Flat
Earther. I am also a realist artist with a very refined eye, extremely visual and detail oriented, and I can
tell you that my brainy friends, artists and scientists alike, also just laugh at these SpaceX landings.
The only smart people who claim to believe in this stuff are those who are invested in it. Which is a lot
of people, admittedly. Even if they haven’t invested in this IPO, they are invested in the entire scam
that is US science and the US economy. So many are quietly complicit.
It is admitted that 85% of the expectation for this IPO is data centers on the Moon and crap like that,
but SpaceX is already losing a billion a month on its data centers bet, so that isn’t looking so good.
These data centers and other AI are the most unpopular thing ever, with the commencement speaker at
Harvard yelling “fuck AI” to a wall of cheers. That was Harvard, not the Farm College. And just
today, there was a mass walkout during commencement at Stanford to protest keynote speaker Sundar
Pichai, CEO of Google. Part of that was about Google’s close work with Israel, but Google is now
unpopular across the board, even at places like Stanford, not only for being fascist, but for replacing its
open search with gatekeeping and installing AI as the prime gatekeeper. Pichai continued on with his
speech of empty platitudes and smiley faces, just like a bot should.
So they have already figured out the only way to make this work is to allegedly put the data centers on
the Moon, on the dark side, I guess, where there is no oversight, regulation, or pesky inspectors. If they
tell you there are data centers on the Moon, you pretty much have to believe it, right? What are you
going to do, book a flight to check for yourself? Take the word of Katy Perry or Sean Pean?
You will say no, Miles, not on the Moon, in more satellites like Starlink. But for this to work, they
admit they would need about how many new satellites in space? Another few thousand? No, one
million! So that’s still just a hiding in space, where no one can hear you scream. Will every single one
of these be monitored, to be sure it is really a data center and not just a bottle cap or a doorstop or a 3-
handled family gradunza? Of course not.
ColdFusion pulls another fast one by assuming we either need data centers on the ground or data
centers in space, but that is just more begging the question: WHAT DATA? What data are they talking
about? We don’t need to be training robots to further collate data, since that is redundant. The data is
already stored and collated, and you don’t need some gigantic machine with a voice to re-collate it
every morning and personally insert up your ass. So the need for these data centers is zero. Not only
are they not needed, they aren’t wanted. Nobody wants them but the frauds running these companies,
and the jerks trying to hide the stock market collapse. They need more and more CGI fakeouts to hide
the rubble.
A real business is about responding to real demand, but there is no demand for this stuff. Grok is
currently a tiny fraction of the already shrinking market for LLMs, so how will a million data centers in
space fix that, even if you could put them there and transfer the data down without frying the planet?
Will these satellites beam down new demand for Grok or for Musk’s hellish future?
Plus, where is energy going to come from to power these data centers that are satellites? Has to be
solar, right? But could you run a data center on earth from two large solar panels? Nope. And what
about the water? I thought they needed a lot of water for cooling. I have news for you: satellite orbit is
way too high to collect rainwater. You will say it is already cool in space. OK, then why aren’t they
talking about building data centers in Greenland or Alaska? I guess because the circuitry would be
frozen, so why wouldn’t it be frozen in space? None of this makes any sense. It doesn’t have to make
sense because it is only happening on paper, and because they figure you are an idiot. If you will
believe rockets landing backwards you will believe anything.
Another way they hoped to take everyone for a space ride is by jumping immediately on the S&P500,
which would have allowed them $14 billion of automatic buys from portfolios like 401Ks and
pensions. That would have been a massive steal, especially when SpaceX dropped to zero, but raiding
retirement funds was too low even for some regulators, who refused to sign off on it. So that was a
bullet dodged.
This also makes no sense: Musk is supposed to retain 84.4% of the company even after this IPO, down
from 85% before, so make sense of that if you can. So he only just sold .6% of the company. We are
told he just raised $75 billion, which would make the company worth over $12 trillion, not $2 trillion.
So sure, go ahead and invest with these people who can’t do highschool math.
This IPO doesn’t match other big recent ones, like the Saudi Aramco offering of 2019, which raised a
paltry $29 billion on a $1.7 trillion valuation. So how did that offering only generate a third of this
SpaceX offering on a similar valuation, especially considering Aramco is a real company with real
products and a firm valuation. While SpaceX is just CGI and fake numbers. Do you really think
SpaceX is worth more than Aramco, which has the fourth highest revenues of any company in the
world, and the highest profits? Do you think SpaceX is worth more than the entire country of Canada?
No, this is just end-times desperation by the Jewish financiers to cover their asses and keep the thefts
hidden, but there is no way it can work. If it has crashed down to this level it will continue to crash
down to reality, which always awaits us. I for one look forward to it. These guys wanted chaos, and
that is what awaits them.
