How necessary is all this? Orban is very close to Israel.
Slovakia’s Fico, who survived an assassination attempt last year, is backing Hungary, as Slovakia is also suffering from the oil blockade.
The situation is becoming of international significance.
With Qatar LNG blocked and no longer available, the gas supply already is short.
The situation is serious. Hungary is blocking Ukraine’s funds from the EU.
Ukraine could be facing a war on two fronts.
Slovakia says this is not Slovakia’s war. Ukraine has a border with Ukraine as does Hungary, at the Carpathian Oblast which is mountainous and was formally part of Hungary pre-WW1 and WW2.
Will Romania and Poland still support Ukraine if this war breaks out?. Or support fellow NATO members against Ukraine?
