It’s so obviously CGI that it’s amazing it’s accepted as real by anyone

Reusable Rocket Ruse

This reusable booster thing is being pushed hard this week, even on alternative site like Infowars and
Zerohedge. Or I should say especially on those sites, since the alternative press is allied to Musk for
some reason not clear to me. But the “fake events experts” on those sites—I am thinking of people like
Alex Jones and Mike Adams—should be able to see through this fake in their sleep.
That is the “chopsticks” on the landing pad allegedly catching the returning booster. I’m sorry, but if
you were fooled by that, or by Musk’s red roadster in space, or by any of the rest of this, you really
need to take stock of your level of discernment. It ain’t too good. You need to understand who you are
exactly, and how easy you are to be fooled, so that you will know to be more careful in the future. So
that you don’t get caught in some insurance scam, for instance, or fall prey to other small-time conmen.
It is called knowing your own limitations. Like in the end of that famous Dirty Harry movie.
It is just CGI, folks, being sold as real. Like a Hollywood movie. Computer generated sequences. All
real scientists should know that, and most probably do, since rockets don’t land backwards. It was
ludicrous ten years ago and hasn’t gotten any less ludicrous. But even if you don’t know anything about
physics and can’t understand why that is, look more closely at the films. They are obviously computer generated, and don’t look real at all. Or, I should say, they look slightly real, like a Star Trek movie.
They are good enough for fiction, if you really want to believe for fun, for entertainment purposes.
But to anyone with good judgment who has been alive for more than a few years, this doesn’t look real
at all. It is a joke.
Just so you know, there are now six comments on this video at Infowars. Two of them are that it is
fake. Not a good percentage for either Musk or Jones.
An equally bad joke is the people involved selling this: the announcers and narrators and salespeople of
this fraud, who look and speak nothing like scientists. I first noticed these types of people in the Mars
Curiosity Lander fake, when I saw those fake scientists and all the cheering ninnies in the background.
It was pathetic, since it didn’t have the right feel or taste from the first word. It was like they rounded
up some people from a soccer match and paid them to be pretend scientists. Really pathetic direction,
not to speak of anything else. Yes, society has crashed and burned since the 1960s, and almost
everyone looks and sounds like an idiot now, but not quite to that extent in academia. With a good eye,
you can still tell a real scientist from a halfpipe hooligan.
One question: are those people supposed to be adding legitimacy to this circus? Because if so, they
failed. Not exactly the gravitas of Walter Cronkite, is it?
