Is Trump building a case for nuking Iran and blaming it on mental illness like the other child killer Lindsay Clancy?
Trump placed a video on Truth Social showing a man being mauled by a tiger with the line:
“Don’t ever mess with nature! President DJT.”
The main post was a roughly 41-second clip of a man (identified as William Chapman) being attacked by a tiger after entering its enclosure at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in the UK on October 10. Shortly afterward, Trump posted a separate short video montage of people being mauled by lions (or big cats), set to upbeat music. At a campaign rally in Grand Island, Nebraska, on October 5, 2026, Trump said (while discussing gas prices amid the Iran war):
“It’s a little bit high. It’s a small price to pay for keeping the world safe, keeping our country safe. They can take out a city. Let them take out Los Angeles, let them take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay and it’s going to be over with very soon.”
The remarks were part of a meandering defense of the war as necessary to stop Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. He framed higher gas prices as temporary and relatively minor compared with the risk of a nuclear-armed Iran striking U.S. cities. The crowd cheered at the “let them take out” lines, and the comments quickly went viral. The Mayors of LA and San Diego did not like the reference.
