Vaxx by force in NZ – Nuremberg?

Last month, New Zealand’s Ministry of Health published an interim update to its Pandemic Plan. The Pandemic Plan they used during the Covid pandemic was published in 2017, so if you thought things were draconian last time, just you wait until the next one.

The Ministry says that whilst “the plan is focused on respiratory pathogens, such as influenza and COVID-19, it can be adopted and applied (with adaptations as necessary to any pandemic, regardless of the nature of the pathogen and its severity”. This translates as meaning that they can do what they like and whenever they like, so long as a pandemic is declared, whether or not that pathogen is dangerous or not.
Page 125 of the Pandemic Plan is where some of the dangerous text lies, detailed under the heading of ‘Special powers’.
Special powers are authorised by the Minister of Health or by an epidemic notice or apply where an emergency has been declared under the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002.
All that needs to happen for the following draconian powers to apply is a declaration of an emergency. It is so ambiguously worded that it doesn’t even sound like the emergency needs to be a pandemic.
The power to detain, isolate or quarantine allows a medical officer of health to ‘require persons, places, buildings, ships, vehicles, aircraft, animals, or things to be isolated, quarantined, or disinfected’ (section 70(1)(f))
In an instant, a medical officer can suddenly detain, isolate or quarantine you.
The power to prescribe preventive treatment allows a medical officer of health, in respect of any person who has been isolated or quarantined, to require people to remain where they are isolated or quarantined until they have been medically examined and found to be free from infectious disease, and until they have undergone such preventive treatment as the medical officer of health prescribes (section 70(1)(h)).
This is where it gets worse. Some jobsworth medical officer will have the power to prescribe preventative treatment to anybody who has been isolated or quarantined. One can assume that ‘preventative treatments’ are primarily referring to vaccines.
Not only that but the officer can keep you isolated or quarantined until you have been medically examined (i.e. had a swab shoved as far up your nose as possible) and the PCR test has given you the all clear. But even if it does give you the all clear, if you are in isolation or quarantine, you will remain there until you have been vaccinated.
Section 71A states that a member of the police may do anything reasonably necessary (including the use of force) to help a medical officer of health or any person authorised by the medical officer of health in the exercise or performance of powers or functions under sections 70 or 71.
But it gets even worse still. The jobsworth medical officer can get his bully boy mate in the police to do anything reasonably necessary to get you vaccinated. And that includes the use of force.
Keep an eye out for similar wording starting to be proposed in your country. Let’s nip this in the bud before an emergency is declared because once it is, there is no going back.

It basically means to deliberately conceal something or obfuscate it, so that one’s attention is misdirected or deflected from whatever the Dissembler wishes to obscure. Like the truth. And in this case, the truth about the Nuremberg Code and the protection it provides us from accepting any forced medical procedure or therapy at all. Together with casting doubts and slander, dissembling is one of the chief tools in the propagandist toolbox. A few days ago, I wrote an article explaining that forced vaccinations are a violation of the Nuremberg Code. Note the word, “forced”. In fact, any forced medical procedure or therapy is against the Nuremberg Code. All medical procedures and therapies must have fully informed and freely given consent, to the greatest extent possible – which means that people who are conscious and able to decide things for themselves remain in control of their medical destiny. It’s only when you are in desperate straits and unconscious that medical professionals are allowed to step in and make decisions “for you”. This is all cut and dried and set in cement since the 1940s, but now we have people trying to dissemble it and water it down and reinterpret the Nuremberg Code as applying only to medical experimentation. It does not. The Code itself explains exactly what it applies to, and even though the cases giving rise to the Code arose from medical experiments in Concentration Camps and involved forced medical experimentation on unwilling subjects, the core of the Nuremberg Code rose to the occasion and outlawed all kinds of forced medical procedures and therapies. Not just experimental procedures. Any medical procedure or therapy that you don’t want to participate in, you have the full, free, and unprejudiced right to refuse. Period. Go back and read Article 6, Sections 1 and 3, of the Nuremberg Code for yourselves. Don’t take anyone else’s word for it. Not even mine. Be sure. And make good use of the information if anyone comes to your door with a needle in hand. Another good one to quote in their faces is their own cherished Roe vs. Wade decision, the excuse for allowing abortion on demand. My body, my choice. That applies to every aspect of your body, what you take out and what you put into it, too. Gary Fraughen in one of his books said that we are registered as cattle. Farmers do not ask for permission to vaccinate their cattle. Our “owners” will not be asking our permission in the future.
The day that a blue helmet goon turns up at my gaff to forcibly jab my buttocks with Pharma toxins will be the say that I know for certain that it’s all over. The goon still won’t have an easy job of it though, that’s if I’ve got any strength left when that day dawns

As a young pre school kid I suffered lots of bad earaches. Consequently I was given a lot of the new fangled antibiotics. These were administered by the District Nurse, she came to my home with what looked to me like a horse syringe. A massive stainless steel hypodermic, with a long fat needle. She stuck the damn thing in my ass and pumped loads of “medicine” into my buttock
I suffered this several times, over a year or two. So much so that when I next saw the District Nurse coming up our garden path I literally fainted, I knew what was coming 🙂
The damn stuff didn’t work either. It was only after I had my adenoids removed in a minor operation as a 4 year old that the earaches cleared up
Likewise. I was put on antibiotics every day for years for acne!!!!! My energy levels were pathetic until I left school and went to live in Australia and never went near a doctor. The sun cured the condition in a week.
