The proposals from the US on strategic stability make no sense, says Putin, as they are combined with trying to inflict defeat on Russia in Ukraine. Russia will no longer talk to the Americans under the old format, as say the Chinese. US still says Russia harbours intentions to attack Europe. NATO is the one sending contingents of troops and weapons to Ukraine. Look back to WW2 says Putin. The Europeans will reap far worse consequences today – Russia can hit targets in all of Europe, and will do so if Europe attacks Russia. The warning is quite clear. Europe and Britain will be attacked including use of nuclear weapons.
