He explains that functioning, cohesive governments have an “understanding” about such incidents, but the US gov’t does not fit that definition; it is fractured with factions vying for power. Two video clips: Biden and Nuland.
He puts forth the idea that it could have been the Nuland faction ( Anne Applebaum married to Sikorski who was crowing about the opening of the Baltic pipeline).
Normally the US gov’t comes out within an hour blaming Russia. Blinken said it is in no one’s interest. This probably would not have happened if it was a coordinated move.
Alex then outlines some of the actions/steps other players have been taking which might suggest that the possibility of rapprochement was emerging. The globalist faction stepped up and said “no, no.” The collapse of Germany and the EU must continue, the war must continue.
