Bill Gates and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla must answer to plaintiffs over damage caused by the “safe and effective,” a Dutch court has ruled.

They tried several times to dodge the proceedings with technical objections. Gates denied that the court could touch him. But a judge ruled that he must answer to the District Court of North Netherlands, in Leeuwarden, in Friesland, Netherlands, and that along with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla he must provide procedural testimony in a civil lawsuit.

The defendants are also personally liable for costs. They include former Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte, now secretary general of NATO, and 13 other Dutch officials.

The court case won’t put anyone in jail but it will shatter the official narrative by establishing in a court of law that COVID-19 is not a disease but a project, known as Covid-19 The Great Reset.

Attorney Peter W.H. Stassen argues that this agenda was responsible for the lockdowns, public health mandates and the mass rollout of mRNA shots.

Informed consent

The plaintiffs say that the principles of informed consent as defined by the Nuremberg Code were trampled.

This was a clear case of weaponising information and dividing the public — officialdom and the media even resorted to tropes in order to accuse health campaigners of ethnic slurs.

Calls to respect the Nuremberg Code were denounced during Covid as antisemitism, “trivialising the Holocaust“ and “Nazi relativisation.”

Organisations and journalists deliberately misrepresented the facts – saying “Covid deniers” were mocking the Nuremberg Race Laws of 1935, when groups like Doctors for Covid Ethics wanted to uphold the Nuremberg Code of 1947.

The code was part of the verdict in the Doctors’ Trial (United States v. Karl Brandt et al.) and its first and most vital rule is that voluntary, informed consent of the human participant is absolutely essential without force, fraud, or coercion.

Some supporters of mandatory Covid vaccination have claimed the Nuremberg Code relates only to Nazi forced labour camps and not to broader health issues but Vera Sharav, herself a childhood refugee from the Third Reich, is categorical:

“The Nuremberg Code is the single most important document in medical ethics.”

Now in her 80s, the president of the Alliance for Human Research Protection says people were being traumatised by fear into taking an experimental gene therapy and are suffering side effects on a mounting scale.

Body of evidence

Governments continue to provide legal and financial immunity to many of the state actors and corporations involved in Project Covid.

In the Dutch case the plaintiffs are directly suing individuals, holding them accountable for creating, in advance, the pandemic response.

Industry whistleblowers and scientists have provided testimony that, whatever the outcome of the case, provides a body of evidence that can be used in future cases around the world.

At the core of the case is the plaintiff’s assertion that the defendants deliberately and unlawfully misled the public, individually and as a group, about the threat and about the response. The court will judge whether the defendants are personally liable under civil law for physical and psychological damage.

The court could still rule that there is no case to answer. Powerful individuals may yet succeed in using legal dodges and technicalities to avoid answering for their actions. The would still be the option of the Netherlands Courts of Appeal.

Money trail

Since the court case began, we have had the release of the Epstein files. Emails sent and received by Jeffrey Epstein show that the Covid response was prepared years in advance, but also that it was financialised so that people like Bill Gates could profit from it.

Epstein would advise banks to work with Gates in setting up a donor-advised fund (DAF) to develop vaccines.

DAFs allow donors to make tax-deductible contributions while retaining influence on how those funds are used. (Epstein Files Archive, May 24, 2017 EFTA00697005)

Emails reveal Epstein telling JPMorgan Chase how billionaire money, tax havens, a mutual fund structure and staffers placed in the right jobs and could snowball, earning profits to create more vaccines in perpetuity.

The vaccine juggernaut would be designed to outlive its creators, appointing successors, jabbing humanity forever — assuming there is anyone left.
