People’s Deputy of the RSFSR V.I. Kotelnikov, one of the active defenders of the White House, spoke about how the “Beitarovites” acted in October 1993 in the editorial office of our newspaper a few days after those sad events. For that revelation story published in Omsk Time (1993, October, No. 40) under the title “People were killed cynically and calculatedly,” our newspaper was “warned” and legal proceedings began against her. This is the first documentary description in Russia of the reprisals of the Yeltsinists and their allies against the defenders of Soviet power, the defenders of the Constitution.
Vyacheslav Ivanovich Kotelnikov described the beginning of the bloody October 4, 1993: “Early in the morning everyone was woken up by shooting. Three armored personnel carriers approached at high speed. These were armored personnel carriers of a special military organization, which, with Gorbachev’s permission, received legality in Russia. I have nothing against the Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Jews, in general, for me all nationalities are equal and equally respected, but there is aggressive Zionism, the armored personnel carriers belonged to the BO-SER organization, a combat organization of the Zionists. So, it was from these same armored personnel carriers that the first 12 people in the tent camp were killed. That’s where it started.”
And then our fellow countryman spoke in detail about the bloody massacre committed against the people in the center of Moscow, of which he was a witness and participant. It should be emphasized that what was told “hot on the heels” of V.I. Kotelnikov was later confirmed in the stories of other people’s deputies of the RSFSR, other participants in those events on the pages of the patriotic press of Russia. And in many publications, under different names, the Zionist organizations that participated in the shooting of the Russian parliament are mentioned – “BOSya is a combat organization of the Zionists”, which V.I. Kotelnikov spoke about, as well as “Beitar”. Both names appear in the literature, but, apparently, we are talking about the same terrorist Zionist organization.
And from there, we get the appointment of Putin some seven years later to run Russia by Boris Yeltsin after consultation with Kissinger and Primakov.
During the 90s, Putin was being trained by the Americans via their USAID (CIA) American National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI). Irony of ironies, this is the same program that Alexei Navalny would later study under before coming back to try and lead a color revolution against Putin, himself an alum of the program.

The current Prime Minister and presidential candidate of Russia, Vladimir Putin, underwent special training in the United States for Russian politicians and officials in the mid-1990s.
Information about Putin’s connections with American structures was published in the Russian press 10 years ago, but did not arouse much interest then. Now this information sounds completely different – primarily because cooperation with the United States has become the main point of accusation that the authorities are trying to bring against the Russian opposition.
So, in the mid-1990s, Vladimir Putin was one of three thousand “reformist political activists” sent to the United States to undergo training through the NDI (National Democratic Institute) and IRI (International Republican Institute) programs. These trips were sponsored by the American budget, and more than $17 million were spent in total. Interestingly, Putin underwent training through NDI, one of whose consultants at that time was the current US Ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul.
It turns out that all the accusations brought against Russian oppositionists can easily be applied to Putin himself. And every time he talks about the connection between politicians and the United States, about grants and about the State Department, he says this about himself.
Let us note that since the appointment of Michael McFaul as Ambassador to Russia, many Russian officials and politicians have already been convicted of “friendly” ties with the United States. For example, it turned out that the head of Rosmolodezh, Vasily Yakemenko, repeatedly traveled to America to establish dialogue.
Putin was taught by Michael McFaul, who later confirmed that Putin was part of this National Endowment for Democracy training program. McFaul’s 2018 memoir, “From Cold War to Hot Peace: An American Ambassador in Putin’s Russia” describes his work with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Moscow in the early 1990s.
I was able to dig up a quote that I hadn’t heard before, which makes the claim that Igor Sechin, a close Putin ally, and someone who is considered an “oligarch” not a “silovik”, in standard Kremlinology was actually once a KGB agent himself.

This proves, to my mind, that there is no such split between oligarchs and spooks in the Kremlin. The KGB of the late USSR became the oligarchy. What happened though, was that not every KGB rabbi could become an oligarch though, and there is tension and resentment between the ones who made the evolution and those who were left behind at their government desks.
Anyway, McFaul recounts coordinating the NED program and logistics with Vladimir Putin and his close ally, Igor Sechin.
In my work with NDI, most events weren’t nearly as exciting as Democratic Russia’s mass demonstration in March 1991. In May of that year NDI organized a new round of “technical training seminars”—a title we used to sound apolitical—on Democratic Government and Municipal Finance. How boring does that sound? [...] [Putin] handed me off to his trusted deputy, Igor Sechin, who ran the logistics to perfection—much more efficiently than his counterparts in the Moscow city government. [...] At the concluding dinner that night, Russians and Americans together toasted our cooperation and success. In the midst of our celebration, Sechin, Putin’s deputy, made a jarring confession. As we congratulated each other on a successful conference, **he revealed to me that he too had worked in intelligence, just like his boss. He spoke Portuguese, just like I did, and had worked in southern Africa, just like I had**. Although I am sure that I had met dozens of Soviet intelligence officers by then, none of them had admitted it. I wondered if he was telling me this information, especially about our shared experiences in Lusophone Africa, to suggest that he believed that I also was an intelligence officer, a CIA agent. Or was he just trying to be friendly? I finally concluded that it didn’t really matter, since we were all on the same side now.
Which also explains why Putin and his cabal seem so baffled by Washington’s rejection of their regime.
They were trained by the Americans, put into power via American (and Israeli) coup, and ran their country according to the Constitution that the Americans wrote for them. Yes, the Russian Constitution that is in effect now was written on USAID tax dollars as well.

Who turned a blind eye to the shooting of parliament by Yeltsin in 1993? USA and its allies. Ask any “democrat”, is it possible to shoot from tanks at the elected body of democracy? The answer will be no. Why did Washington “not notice” the obvious violation of “election legislation” in 1993 and shouted about violations in 2011? It’s about the results.
If the candidate the West wants wins, then the elections were fair and this is a “triumph of democracy.” If the undesirable one takes over, it’s all falsification and fraud. Democracy from Washington’s point of view is when only pro-Western candidates, “democrats,” win elections.
So who could help Yeltsin write the Constitution in 1993?
I recently attended a round table dedicated to the current Constitution and the prospects for its amendment, and possibly replacement.
One constitutional law expert said that talk of American “help” in writing the fundamental law is nonsense. Why? Because in the volumes of official transcripts of the working group that wrote the Constitution, there is not a single mention of Americans and their participation in its writing.
It is even difficult to imagine a more naive judgment. But that’s what lawyers are like, and you can understand them – if it’s not in the transcript, it means it’s not there at all.
Most recently, the activities of one of the three American agencies “for the development of democracy” – the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) – were shut down in Russia. Under the guise of beautiful names and beautiful goals, the Fifth Column was financed through this organization and the work of a whole bunch of anti-Russian midfield organizations was paid for.
By the way, USAID works in Ukraine and the guys from this “conscientious organization”, which is actually just a “front” for the US intelligence services, do not eat their bread in vain. We saw this in the example of a very active attempt by the “orange” to seize power in Ukraine, which failed.
But now we are not talking about the activities of US intelligence services in Square. It’s about something else. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has its own website.
The fund’s website has a large section: “USAID in Russia.” We are now talking about “past merits”.
There we read quite openly:
“USAID-funded Rule of Law implementers helped draft the Russian Constitution, Part I of the Russian Civil Code, and the Russian Tax Code.”
“USAID financed compliance with the rule of law in the work of performers who participated in the development of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.”
Our “American partners” helped us with all their might. In the name of democracy. And they don’t even hide it.
Yeah and anyone can notice the obvious American influence on the Russian Constitution for themselves. They didn’t copy Great Britain or Germany or France, but 80s style American Reagan-Rand Libertardianism.
As a bonus, Starikov also mentions ongoing German intelligence efforts in Ukraine in that same essay linked above. He believes that German intelligence was tasked with handling the bulk of efforts to dismantle and turn Ukraine against Russia. What he says here is true — the Germans are heavily funding and recruiting from Turkish Islamists in Central Asia and their diasporas in Eastern Europe. Germany is quite clearly preparing to do a repeat of the Seven Years War, WWI and WWII, in which they funded and armed every single non-Russian ethnic group of the USSR to kill as many Russians as possible and split up the territory into weakened and warring republics.
This is the ancient German strategy that they’ve used for centuries against the Slavlands. Their chief racial enemy, the Great Russians and the Cossacks, were too numerous and martial to be subdued in open conflict by their inferior army of slave soldiers. The Germans are a weak and feminine nation of sexual perverts, mostly.
So, the Germans always relied on subterfuge and proxy warfare — their strategy mostly consisted of allying closely with Turkish expansionist efforts throughout the centuries. “Germans” are themselves a mongrel race, and most of the “Volga Germans” that you see in Russia are of particularly dark complexion and sallow skin, probably from centuries of race-mixing with Turks and possibly Africans.

And Jeffrey Sachs, the guy who is always in the Western alt-media defending Putin, well, he was the top Harvard economist who served as the official American economic adviser and liaison to the Russian government from December 1991 to January 1994. He advised President Boris Yeltsin and key reformers like Yegor Gaidar on the transition to a market economy.
This period is often associated with “shock therapy” economic reforms.
So, the guy who is responsible for the program that killed millions of Russians and destroyed the country via economic warfare … yes, this same nice rabbi scholar has nothing but positive things to say about Vladimir Putin and his regime.
Isn’t that a little bit suspicious?
Isn’t it suspicious that Raevsky, Johnson, Ritter are/were all anti-Soviet intelligence officers working for Washington before they started singing Putin’s praises on the internet? Wasn’t Mearscheimer a literal ethnic Trotskyist Cold Warrior? Wasn’t Tucker’s father a CIA officer running USAID propaganda efforts in the Eastern Bloc before he became a drug trafficker in South America?
Why are all these people with proven ties to Western Deep State goonery and long resume track records of working to destroy the USSR so positively inclined towards Putin?
Just think about it.
The answer is simple: Putin is their boy!
The theory goes something like this — Putin first came on their radar when he was in the KGB working in Dresden. You will recall that Putin, while deputy mayor of St. Petersburg, sent his daughters Maria and Katerina to live in Germany, where their legal guardian became Matthias Warnig, the Stasi captain who had worked with Putin. Warnig was even made the legal guardian of Putin’s daughters, who grew up in Germany, not Russia. And Matthias is also credibly rumored to be the man coordinating Nord Stream II, which was thoroughly an ex-Stasi run project which relied on Matthias’ close ties to Putin.
Next, the BND/CIA was able to get close to Putin’s wife via one of their agents. From this agent, they learned about Putin’s infidelity and troubled relationship with his Jewish first wife, Ludmila. Here:
A German researcher claims that Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was targeted by West German intelligence in the 1980s when he was a KGB operative in East Germany. In the Cold War’s closing stages, Putin and his wife, Ludmila Putina, who were then in their thirties, spent five years in Dresden, German Democratic Republic.
As one of four KGB officers in Dresden, Putin was tasked with infiltrating the local university and monitoring the on-campus activities of the children of Soviet and East German notables. But according to new research published last week, an undercover agent of the BND, West Germany’s external intelligence agency, was able to infiltrate the Putin household in Dresden, and pass private information about the couple’s personal life to her spymasters in Bonn and in NATO. The agent, codenamed LENCHEN, a native German, worked as a translator at the KGB station in Dresden.
She reportedly befriended Ludmila Putina, eventually becoming her “shoulder to cry on”, according to Erich Schmidt-Eenboom, director of the Weilheim-based Institute for Peace Studies, who has published several books on the history of the BND. Schmidt-Eenboom claims that LENCHEN became Ludmila Putina’s closest confidante in Dresden. The latter told her that Vladimir Putin had been involved in numerous infidelities over the years and that he often beat his wife. LENCHEN reported to her handlers that life in the Putin household was highly dysfunctional, despite an outward appearance of happiness and normality.
Schmidt-Eenboom claims he confirmed the report with at least two unconnected sources with knowledge of BND operations during the Cold War. If the story is historically accurate, it will signify only the second known penetration of KGB structures in Europe by the BND. The only other such example, says Schmidt-Eenboom, involved an agent named COLONEL VIKTOR, who also worked as an agent for the BND in the 1980s.
Eventually, claims the researcher, LENCHEN became pregnant during an affair with a KGB colonel, and, in 1989, managed to convince her West German handlers that she needed to be exfiltrated to West Germany in order to undergo an abortion. Once there, she successfully made a case for retiring from her espionage post in the East, and settling down in West Germany. Her request was granted, and today she lives in Germany under a new identity, claims Schmidt-Eenboom. Reporters contacted BND spokesman Dieter Arndt about the story, but were simply told that the spy agency does “not discuss our methods or our investigations”.
Putin, despite being a nobody or “a pen-pusher” as the common narrative goes, was clearly the subject of much interest to Western intelligence very early on in his career for one reason or another. Despite having the nonsense job of spying on university students, he was granted the honor of having a BND agent assigned to infiltrating his family and collecting blackmail on him. Why was he of interest? Was he recruited then? Perhaps.
Then there is a gap that is not accounted for.
In the final years of the USSR, the story gets murky. Putin claims that he was in St. Petersburg preparing to become a taxi driver during this period. Perhaps he was actually involved in smuggling in contraband from the West with the Rotenberg brothers, actually. Either way, the story goes that he left Germany in January of 1990, pretended to be an assistant professor at Leningrad U for a few months and then he resurfaces wearing Adidas sweatpants and a blazer while in the entourage of the mayor of St. Petersburg, Anatoliy Sobchak.
With his Jewish wife in tow, Sobchak fled to New York in 1997, after having stolen millions from the city, and stashed them in French banks. Sobchak’s daughter, Ksenia Sobchak, the porn star and reality TV mogul who promotes radical SJWism within Russia, is Putin’s god-daughter.
After having served one of the most corrupt mayor’s in Russian political history, Putin ends up being trained in “Democracy” by the Americans for four years and alongside his “Judo gang”, he moves to Moscow, to work for Boris Yeltsin. From there, within a year of joining Yeltsin’s team, he is made Deputy Chief of Staff and then put in charge of the FSB a year later. By August of 1999, Putin is now acting Prime Minister. Then, six months later, Boris Yeltsin resigns on New Year’s Eve of 1999 and a new millennium dawns in Russia, with Putin at its head as acting President. Through massive electoral fraud and oligarchic support from his friends, Putin then becomes the elected President some five months later.
Some claim that the same suspects helped Putin win those elections with their efforts from abroad.
