    Who decides these things? Did the world government want more wars to get going before the Ukraine/NATO/European war started really moving? Or was it Russia’s preference to wipe out the Ukainian army before defeating Ukraine?

      Good question. Probably a group of oligarchs on a remote island somewhere, Dr Evil and his buddies

      Who passed their orders on to their top agents in the City of London

      Who contacted Washington, Brussels and Moscow and told the guys who actually run these countries what the plan was

      Who passed the script on to Trump, De Rutte and Putin so they could brush up their lines for the show

      Who each had a chat with their top military goons to gee them up for a good media performance

      Main aims: kill as many Slavs as possible. Borrow as much money as possible

      Secondary aim: use as much kit as possible to make room for more sales PDQ

      Something along those lines anyway…
