Starmer continues to attack ordinary UK citizens ‘fed up’ with Labour despite election wipeout
Sat 12:54 pm +00:00, 23 May 2026Political commentator Suzanne Evans claims the UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has “not learned anything” from the battering Labour took at the local elections.
“They (Labour) are not learning any lessons; they’re just attacking the people, the ordinary British people who recognised that there’s something going very, very wrong with our country,” she told Sky News Australia.
“People are sick of it, and they’re fed up with it, and yet here we have our prime minister and pretty much every politician who’s tipped to succeed him calling the people who are complaining about this … not quite deplorables but that’s basically what they mean.”
