Col. Macgregor has his finger much more on the pulse of political realities than many commentators. I love listening to his wisdom.
Lots of reality from McGregor and lots of common sense too
Sadly he still harbours fond hopes about Trump and his motives. But Trump is totally compromised and without any real power. One glance at his billionaire backers shows that. A second at his actual achievements so far verifies
He’s broken all his campaign promises, all of them. He’s achieved absolutely nothing of significance with any of them
Remember all that recent guff about DOGE slashing Federal expenditure? Elon was gonna make the pips squeak. What happened in reality? NOTHING of significance, no change. Other than more debt, more massive additions to the US national debt
If he had real power then all he has to do to stop the war is stop the funding and arms supply. But he hasn’t done that has he, the war rolls on. Yesterdays “summit” theatre changed nothing as far as we can tell. All wars are bankers wars and the bankers war rolls on until THEY decide to stop
Correction, beeb headline now:
“Donald Trump says negotiating a permanent peace agreement is the best way to end the war in Ukraine, rather than via a temporary ceasefire”
No shit Sherlock! Who could have guessed?
Maybe Vlad mark III had a word in his colleagues ear
From my understanding, the real talks in Alaska went on behind closed doors and the only outsiders who have any inkling of anything are the interpreters.
It’s amusing to see everyone picking over the crumbs that dropped (purposefully) from the table and coming to all sorts of conclusions. Analysing them seems to be so much fun (in the absence of any real information) and provides hours of video time.
