What is Russia’s global strategy?

Can the multipolar world keep enough powder dry to deal with wars and contingencies other than Ukraine?

What’s been happening in Syria?  It’s turning into another Libya.

Libya is a failed state and both sides are waging a proxy war there to this day.  Libya became a terrorist exporting breeding ground for NATO.

Is it working as a strategy?  Russia and China are rapidly building influence in Africa, liberating Africa from centuries long western colonial domination.

The Middle East will be the same in all probability…eventually.

The discussion ranges betwwen all the possible fronts between NATO/CIA and Russia, China, Iran.
