Ships crashing is very unusual. What happened?
Tue 3:11 pm +00:00, 11 Mar 2025 6Ships run on automated navigation systems these days. The Russians would be able to interfere with these just as surely as they can disturb those on aircraft. It’s possible. We are firing missiles into Russia on a daily basis, shelling Russian civilian populations on a daily basis, supporting the massacre of Russian people in Kursk, inside Russia. There will be a response.
The UK is vulnerable as we are an island requiring aircraft and shipping to flow in and out constantly. If we are to be attacked, a sensible enemy will attack our transportation systems, especially if they happen to be engaged in carrying weapons. We will never know of course, if this is what is actually going on.
Russian retaliation goes unreported – yet there are many events which are not explained – like the closure of the M4 motorway north of Newbury in April 2022. A fireworks factory blew up, the media claimed. This was a mile from RAF Welford where both the RAF and USAF store their missiles and other ordnance.

That’s exactly what I thought. Hard to see how it could happen with modern ship tech. Bit like that collision in Baltimore that took that massive bridge down
Whether a real or contrived event I bet the outcome is we will be told that war is the only option.
Yes, I think you are right Tap, especially as the nature of the cargo was described in the clip. We have been at war with Russia since 1922, but they don’t made public yet!
Cargo ship captain arrested for suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter
That’s alright then, human error only, not those pesky Rooskies at all
The Beeb says so, and they wouldn’t lie would they? Would they?
Well the mystery has been solved. The captain is supposed to be a Russian national!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Saw that! What a surprise, NOT
