Negotiations are coming.  Trump’s statements so far are not practical – Russians are looking towards concrete diplomatic work.  So far there is nothing to go on.  Russia has no ambassador in Washington currently.  The US needs to invite a Russian Ambassador to enter Washington so formal talks can be possible.

Dmitry mentions the mass killings of Russian civilians in the Kursk region, the evidence of which he is presenting.  The West is calling it Russian propaganda.  Though there are changes in attitude to be seen.  Speculations.  Threats is all he sees so far from Trump’s side.
