I’m a 34 year old man and I had the flu vaccine in October 2020. I regret having it, of course, but I’m just wondering how worried I should be?

There was something else I wanted to ask. There are multiple cures for cancer, a cure for autism and other things. Vaccines apparently cause autism. Will these cures ever be made public? I ask because I was recently told I’m likely autistic, and I feel it has stopped me doing certain things
