I know that I keep harping on about Douglas Reed and his book, but he covers so much of this stuff, although he doesn’t mention Pike directly, if I recall. His book is so packed with info that it’s impossible to take it all in with one reading, I’ve read it twice so far, and will definitely come back to it in future
There are long sections about Johann Adam Weishaupt and the creation of the Illuminate. He sets all that into good context and shows just how it fitted into the 2,500 year long Revolutionary Zionist strategy, ie Commies and Zionists, both rooted in Russian Talmudism
The Protocols of Zion too, he clearly demonstrates that the ongoing dispute about their authorship of the Protocols is a very effective distraction. Whoever authored them isn’t the point, it’s what they say, and how that has been put into effect, that counts. I guess we all knew that here….
Reed was the London Times senior man in Berlin and Vienna in the thirties. He resigned in disgust at the way that Britain was led into the war and how the media, that he was a big part of, failed to inform the Brits of the real story. His despatches were censored by the Times editors. So his stuff about the lead up to WW2 is also absolutely fascinating. He actually met a lot of the key players and so talks from direct experience
He’s a very rare sort of bloke now, a man of principle who acted accordingly, to his own detriment too. He retired to Durban in South Africa where his book was kept at his home until after he died
The role of Jan Christiaan Smuts, the SA Afrikaner leader, features significantly too. Smuts “played a leading role in the creation of the Union of South Africa in 1910, helping shape its constitution”, see Wiki.
