    No parties in the UK have anyone remotely resembling a proper diplomat to be Foreign Secretary.

    When you think of Lavrov, Szijjarto, Jaishankar, to name three Foreign Secretaries who know what they’re about and have an excellent grounding in foreign relations, you realise what pygmies are chosen to represent the UK.

    The ones I have met are infraordinary – incapable of original thought, let alone expression. System men wanting promotion and pension. The ones I admire the most are the Russians, tradirionally he best diplomats in the world – Lavrov, Poliyanski of very high calibre and dedicated to theri country. Peskov is also interesting. Light years ahead of the US and UK where our nations are lost, our beliefs and identities. English Independence is our starting point for recovery.

      Thanks, Ian. Most instructive. Interesting that he knows about footballers and TV personalities, but on the things that really matter he didn’t have a clue and I don’t suppose his brain has become sharper since that exposé of his ignorance.
