What are the UN’s Agenda 21 and ICLEI?

The 1992 Earth Summit on climate change in Rio de Janeiro, organized by the United Nations, brought together the most extreme environmental activists from around the world to deal with the supposed threat of global warming, and Agenda 21 was the document they drew up.
What came out of the Rio Summit was summed up by the radical environmentalists themselves, and one United Nations-approved introduction to the Agenda 21 document claimed that:
Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced — a major shift in the priorities of both governments and individuals and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources. This shift will demand that a concern for the environmental consequences of every human action be integrated into individual and collective decision-making at every level.
The document left no one alone, stating that: There are specific actions which are intended to be undertaken by … in short, every person on Earth.

In the 1970’s and into the 1980’s, as I recall in my own work, the environmental movement became more and more effective at the time in exposing various pollutants and hazards in the environment, and the enemy was mostly the big corporations and government inaction. It was a time when the media and the courts appeared to be more free and independent than in these days in helping to police actual environmental criminals. Of course, back then we were only scratching at the surface of environmental issues, but most of the activists were genuine and independent from government and industry controls.
The initial “sustainability” concerns for the environment came out of an establishment-funded conservation organization in the late 1970’s, coincidentally when the West began to turn trade with China full bore. That word, ‘sustainability’ was quickly taken up the Rockefeller Foundation and other Western plutocrat networks which had piloted their prodigy of communist China from its inception onto the world stage. With the huge spread and rapid growth of third-world industrialization, together with limited non-renewable natural resources such as oil and gas, and some concerns over environmental pollution and toxic wastes, the word ‘sustainable’ was utilized in conjunction with the fake CO2 global warming scare as a central tenant in the work of that Foundation and other globalist thinktanks in crafting the UN Agenda 21 plans for the 21st century. Meanwhile, before 1992 IMF and World Bank leg men were going around the globe ensuring that most all nations were on board and would endorse the Agenda in Rio.
Essentially they wanted to “control” development and that is why the concept of “sustainable development” is the central theme of the entire UN Agenda 21. However, only a fraction of the goals have to do with a “clean” environment, water and whatnot, and in reading the entire Agenda it becomes clear that basically it is a document to centralize and consolidate controls over virtually everything, including land, resources, production and consumption.
In this respect one can honestly and rationally say that the environmental concerns of both UN Agenda 21, and Agenda 2030 which are the first 17 goals of Agenda 21 kicked off by Pope Francis in NYC in 2015. But no, the Vatican did not craft Agenda 21, but it was used to help craft it, and in fact Catholic, Jewish, Anglican thinktanks also participated in the process begun about 100 years ago, and greatly accelerated in the late 1970’s until the 1992 UN Earth Summit in Rio. The term ‘New World Order’ is not a conspiracy theory term as said by Wikipedia, but one used even by most Popes since the 1960’s, and most certainly used by Rockefeller scions and by the Bush Presidents.
The Vatican in 1992 did not endorse Agenda 21 in Rio but only attended as an observer. The
UN-sponsored International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) was held in Cairo in 1994, and the hand of the Vatican, to its credit, is seen it the careful efforts to avoid family planning to promote abortion. However, as a central government for the largest organization in the world, the participation of the Vatican in all of the NWO objectives (control of development, distribution, and population), plus all of the pragmatic and heinous methods and hoaxes to achieve those objectives, has been integral to all of the globalist planning. Through the lens of both the Covid crimes against humanity and the global-warming hoax, people now ought to wake up to the fact that they are being ushered into centralized and totalitarian globalist matrix where they will have no basic rights or real control over anything. We are now able to clearly recognize sham organizations such as the WHO, which is only a small part of a monocytic global criminal conspiracy which all of our governments remain faithfully in lockstep to denude us of our personal rights and our national sovereignties.
CO2 global warming concerns began in the 19th century but the science behind it was never reliable. It was only when the apparent rise in CO2 levels appeared to coincide with the advent of the Industrial Revolution at the end of the 18th century, that the Western plutocrat establishment beginning in the 1970’s was able to present man-made CO2 as threatening to kill off everything on the planet with global warming. It was a hoax as we now know, but one which was impressed on the people as true for decades, and to become NWO dogma. The facts are that the earth was already in a warming cycle from the sun beginning before the Industrial Revolution, and that there is no evidence that man-made CO2 is heating the planet at all. However, as we know, when anything becomes political, the first causality is the truth.
The actual environmental facts never stopped the Western plutocrats from using CO2 as a handle for their all encompassing UN Agenda 21 umbrella, and using it as one of their major pretexts to impose their centralized controls over all future development and distribution of wealth and power. These are the same people who claim to own and control most of the resources, assets, trade routes and choke point on the global map. In the 1980’s and in preparation for Agenda 21, they created an entire industry around CO2 production where many of them and their minions made huge profits promoting carbon credits.
You have to realize that millions of whites/blacks/browns/yellows fought for the triumph of Communism in WWII. So the Commies won the war & the world is theirs to transform into whatever insane system they desire. The Allied Commie-Christian morons destroyed Nazi Germany, the last defense against global Commie control…so you get what you fight for..

No one on this earth can get a grasp on environment the dictionary says environ is to encircle, surround a verb. Then the noun kicks in with ment. Conditions under which any person or thing lives(life) or is developed(growth), influences modifying character. The dictionary also mentions objects or circumstances.
The author calls these men environmentalists but that is wrong they are not concerned with the ment their investments have shown this throughout the years. They’re only concerned with the influences to try and obtain the whole.
