Rising Again,
With your leave I will present again some of the stories I posted yesterday, laying out Federal Government preparations to subdue the population of North Carolina (“Tarheels”) and kill some of them if it came to that, in order to carry out a land grab for critical mineral deposits of ultra-pure quartz, necessary for the highest density computer chips, and Lithium for batteries the DoD will be needing. There have been lots of stories of local relief efforts being blocked and sabotaged by federal personnel, but no actual relief being provided by any of them.
The US Military appears to get pre-justification to kill some crowds of Americans on US soil. Use of lethal force in a reasonably anticipated confrontation
What exactly qualifies as reasonable in a reasonably anticipated confrontation? DOD Directive 5240.01 effective September 27, 2024.
..Secretary of Defense Approval
(2) The decision to approve requests for these types of permissible assistance described in Paragraph 3.2. to law enforcement agencies and other civil authorities are reserved to the Secretary of Defense:
(c) Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality, or any situation in which it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury. It also includes all support to civilian law enforcement officials in situations where a confrontation between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated. Such use of force must be in accordance with DoDD 5210.56, potentially as further restricted based on the specifics of the requested support.

Kyle Young, ..Recently we saw all of that converging into a hurricane that Dane Wigington and others have pointed out was steered by Nexrad radar over the most lithium rich deposit in the US, Western North Carolina… ..Because the local economy may take many years to recover, those that remain will be hard pressed to make a living. Many will be forced to sell what’s left of their homes and farms for a tiny fraction of what they were worth before the flood. This will put ever more pressure on those that remain.
And who will be buying up all of these properties? That would be those who’ve been lurking in the shadows for years trying to buy-up homes and farms that sit on top of the vast lithium and quartz crystal deposits of this region… ..Albemarle’s maneuvering began in 2023 when they applied for a grant from the Department of Defense. Recently the DoD and DoE approved a total of $250 million in grants to Albemarle to gear up for Kings Mountain. Anthony Stasio MCEIP director, said this “… agreement with Albemarle demonstrates the DoD’s ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of our warfighter, today and in the future,” … Why the worlds largest lithium mining company needs to be given $250 million of our taxpayer dollars to gear-up for Kings Mountain has not been explained. What can be explained is that this is just another example of the type of corporate socialism that’s rampant in the US… ..We know there are companies that specialize in weather modification. They work for whoever pays them. One of the largest weather modification companies in the world is Weather Modification Inc (how original). Right now I’m trying to determine if they had a contract over Western NC during Helene. I’m also trying to track some C130 flights above and below Milton as he was out over the gulf of Mexico. There is mounting evidence that Milton was heavily seeded with silver iodide while over the gulf.
“Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to inten…

An individual who tried to drop off food and other supplies in the devastated mountain region of North Carolina using his private helicopter was arrested by the Biden regime for interfering with “a government operation.”
After the man landed his craft, authorities immediately cuffed him using the excuse that he was getting in the way of their own rescue efforts – except there were no rescue efforts actually taking place. “He landed and got arrested and [they] said he was interfering with a government operation, but there’s no operations going on,” explains the man in the video. https://www.naturalnews.com/2024-10-08-kamala-admin-arrests-good-samaritan-hurricane-helene.html
According to Fox News, budget experts warn that FEMA is now a slush fund for the Biden-Harris administration to use at will.
Meanwhile, $73 billion in unliquidated funds remain open, and there are 8.3 billion in unliquidated obligations. The money could be returned to help people battling for survival and disasters now. The IG report agrees that seven billion-plus dollars in unliquidated funds could potentially be returned to the Disaster Relief Fund. https://www.independentsentinel.com/600-missing-femas-a-slush-fund-mayorkas-has-8-billion/
Last week, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre admitted that only $4 million had been sent directly to hurricane victims. That number has likely increased in the week since but it is still a pathetically paltry sum a full week after Hurricane Helene hit. Meanwhile, FEMA keeps touting its top-line number of $286 million, which has primarily been given out to well-connected aid organizations that filled out the organization’s “Vendor Profile Forum,” enabling it to engage in “business with FEMA” (their words) if approved. https://sputnikglobe.com/20241009/hes-just-not-that-into-you-1120491484.html
Emails between BCBS NC executives, including CEO Dr. Tunde Sotunde and Director of Community Engagement Cheryl Parquet, reveal BCBS’s plans to coordinate disaster relief in a way that would intentionally slow the recovery process.
Parquet, responsible for managing community outreach, was instrumental in aligning BCBS’s efforts with Cooper’s office.
You can see the emails here.

The leaked communications show that BCBS NC directed volunteers to avoid spontaneous aid efforts and only work with government-affiliated organizations like the Red Cross and VolunteerNC. This coordination deliberately restricted the speed and scope of the recovery, despite acknowledging internally that this would delay relief by four to six weeks. https://thepeoplesvoice.tv/leaked-emails-prove-democrats-conspired-to-slow-down-hurricane-helene-response-in-north-carolina/
Now, as if to say that they never intended to help, and are being thwarted by the locals: FEMA halts aid in North Carolina… A case of federal overreach Western North Carolina’s mountain communities, including Asheville, Chimney Rock, and Black Mountain, have been devastated by Hurricane Helene’s flooding and landslides. Despite the extensive damage, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has decided not to provide aid to these areas, leaving residents without the crucial assistance they need to rebuild. The lack of federal support has sparked outrage as families, businesses, and local governments face overwhelming recovery challenges on their own. https://www.americaoutloud.news/fema-halts-aid-in-north-carolina-a-case-of-federal-overreach/
Lawmakers Briefed on Weather Modification Tech, Conclude Hurricane Helene Was DOD-Linked Weather Weapon Deployed State representatives and senators in the Carolinas were briefed on weather modification technology and have come to the conclusion that Hurricane Helene was a weather weapon deployed against the American people, according to a geoengineering expert.

Ugo Bardi has more useful perspective: The Age of Exterminations (III). Why you Should be Worried. Very Worried The extermination of social subgroups is a relatively recent phenomenon in history but, unfortunately, it seems to have become more and more frequent in recent times. Often, as in the case of the witch-hunting age, extermination is the result of a perfectly rational attitude that develops in societies under heavy stress. When a social subgroup is relatively wealthy, can be identified, and can’t offer significant military resistance, there are good chances that its members will be exterminated and their assets confiscated. That was what happened to the people branded as “witches” in Europe during the 16th and 17th century in Europe. Another classic case was that of the Jews, a few centuries later.
At this point, considering that our society is surely under heavy stress, the question is: which subgroup could be the next target for extermination? I asked this question to the readers in a previous post of this series, but almost nobody could identify the right target. Now I think I can propose the answer:
The most likely target for the next extermination round are middle-class retirees.
Retirees satisfy all the requirements: They are identifiable, of course, they are old! They are often relatively wealthy and, more than that, they cost a lot of money in terms of health care. Finally, they can hardly put up serious military resistance. Exterminating the middle-class elders would be both easy and profitable.
Let’s make a few calculations. In the US, there are nowadays about 46 million retirees living on social security. The US spends about 7% of its GDP on pensions, that is, about 1.5 trillion dollars per year (about $30.000/person/year). That’s more than the about 1 trillion dollars that the US government spends for the military budget, bloated as it is.
Assuming that you could remove just 10% of the retirees, it would mean saving some 150 billion dollars per year. But, in practice, much more than that if you take into account the health care costs. For instance, summing nursing care facilities and home care for the elderly, we are talking of something close to 300 billion dollars per year, and that does not include hospitalization costs. The potential savings are truly huge: hundreds of billions of dollars. https://www.senecaeffect.com/2021/10/the-age-of-exterminations-iii-you.html
Caitlin Johnstone, Israeli Snipers Routinely, Deliberately Shoot Palestinian Kids In The Head ..“I worked as a trauma surgeon in Gaza from March 25 to April 8. I’ve volunteered in Ukraine and Haiti, and I grew up in Flint, Mich. I’ve seen violence and worked in conflict zones. But of the many things that stood out about working in a hospital in Gaza, one got to me: Nearly every day I was there, I saw a new young child who had been shot in the head or the chest, virtually all of whom went on to die. Thirteen in total.
“At the time, I assumed this had to be the work of a particularly sadistic soldier located nearby. But after returning home, I met an emergency medicine physician who had worked in a different hospital in Gaza two months before me. ‘I couldn’t believe the number of kids I saw shot in the head,’ I told him. To my surprise, he responded: ‘Yeah, me, too. Every single day.’”

As Israel Extends Its Genocide Into the West Bank, It Targets and Kills Children Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed at least 722 Palestinians, including at least 164 children, in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
In Jenin city, within the governorate, approximately 70 percent of the roads have been damaged or destroyed in the attacks, according to the city’s mayor, Nidal Obeidi. Electricity, internet and telephone lines were shut down. Water and sewage lines were cut, leaving about 80 percent of Jenin with no running water, including the main hospital.
“They are imposing conditions, materially and psychologically, that make people feel: Gaza is coming to you,” Shawan Jabarin, director of Al Haq, a human rights group based in the West Bank, reported to the Times. “There is a feeling among Palestinians across the West Bank that what is coming is very bad — that it will be a plan to kill and expel us.” https://scheerpost.com/2024/10/09/as-israel-extends-its-genocide-into-the-west-bank-it-targets-and-kills-children/

The “jealous God”, not the “Loving God”: Netanyahu’s ‘God Complex’ Caused Cancellation of Israeli Defense Chief’s Visit to US – Expert According to Tsipis, Netanyahu is afraid that Gallant may be gunning for him and would immediately start plotting against him upon arriving in the US.
“Netanyahu is paranoid, he has a king syndrome, a god complex,” says Tsipis. “He constantly fears that someone might overthrow or supplant him. This paranoia of his grows more acute with each passing day. He sees traitors everywhere, he sees enemies inside his inner circle.” https://sputnikglobe.com/20241009/netanyahus-god-complex-caused-cancellation-of-israeli-defense-chiefs-visit-to-us—expert-1120489318.html
Paul Craig Roberts makes the point that there is work to do. My point is that Globo-Cap owns politicians in “both camps” and deep-state operatives, too. Does Israel Wag America or Does America Wag Israel Americans who pay attention are critical of Israel for its control not only of US foreign policy but also US domestic policies, such as those regulating speech, and even tenure decisions of Catholic universities. CIA personnel have complained that attempts to rein-in Israeli spying on America have been politically blocked… ..The visible evidence indicates that Israel controls America, not America controls Israel. But there is another view. It is well stated here — https://www.unz.com/mhudson/middle-east-exploding-ukraine-crumbling-the-u-s-take-action/ — by Michael Hudson and Richard Wolfe. Gilbert Doctorow shares it.
Hudson and Wolfe are credible witnesses, because they, especially Hudson, participated in the formation of Washington’s policy to use and direct Israel in behalf of US hegemony in the Middle East. Israel is Washington’s proxy against the Muslims, just as Ukrainians are Washington’s proxy against Russia, just as Georgians were when Washington sent them to invade South Ossetia, and just as the British and Europe are by serving Washington’s hegemony at the risk of their own destruction.
Looking at it from this standpoint, the view that Israel controls Washington serves as a cover to protect Washington from responsibility for Israel’s actions that serve Washington’s agendas. Instead of choosing between the two explanations, I would say both are true. The cover has been in place for 50 years, and during that time due to belief in it, acquired its own power. The consequence is that whereas Israel has as much power over Americans’ First Amendment rights as the US Supreme Court, Israel continues as Washington’s proxy against the Arabs... ..Hudson and Wolfe support the point that I have often made. No one with a wide audience, money, or clout from a think tank, university, or major foundation is saying a word about the risks of two wars spinning out of control into nuclear war. Those few of us speaking are isolated individuals denounced as Russian agents, anti-semites, and purveyors of disinformation. This should scare the world to death. We are approaching Armageddon from two directions, and the word can’t get out. https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2024/10/10/does-israel-wag-america-or-does-america-wag-israel/
I’m voting for Jill Stein MD, again… Netanyahu: Trump Called to ‘Congratulate’ Me On War With Hezbollah Former President Donald Trump called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to “congratulate” him for the “intense and determined operations” Israel has carried out in their rapidly expanding war on Hezbollah.

Biden speaks with Netanyahu, pledges ‘ironclad’ support for Israel [Does ”Biden” know about that underground Iranian nuclear test-detonation last Saturday?]
White House says the leaders discussed confrontation with Iran in 30-minute conversation that included Kamala Harris... ..“The president affirmed his ironclad commitment to Israel’s security,” the statement added. “He condemned unequivocally Iran’s ballistic missile attack against Israel on October 1.”… ..The call comes as Israel considers an attack against Iran in response to Iranian ballistic missile launches that targeted Israeli military sites last week... ..The US administration pledged to ensure that Iran would face “severe consequences” for the attack. Asked after the missile launcheswhether he would support an Israeli strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, Biden said: “The answer is no.”… ..The US has provided unconditional military and diplomatic support for Israel since the outbreak of the war on Gaza – a policy that Harris has promised to maintain. While Washington has warned against expanding the war, the Biden administration says it is in favour of the Israeli offensive in Lebanon, which has killed more than 2,000 people and displaced over one million others. It has also backed Israel’s ground invasion of the country’s south. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/10/9/biden-and-netanyahu-hold-productive-call-amid-middle-east-violence

Scott Ritter: The Fall of Israel The (10/7/2023) Hamas raid triggered a number of varied responses, some of which were by design, such as luring the Israeli Defense Forces into Gaza, where they would become trapped in a forever war they could not win, triggering the dual Israeli doctrines governing military response to hostage taking of the “Hannibal Doctrine” and the Israeli practice of collective punishment, the “Dahiya Doctrine.”
Both of these doctrines put the IDF on display to the world as the antithesis of the “world’s most moral military” by exposing the murderous intent ingrained into the DNA of the IDF, a propensity for violence against innocents which defines the Israeli way of war and, by extension, the Israeli nation.
Prior to Oct. 7, 2023, Israel was able to disguise its true character to the outside world, convincing all but a handful of activists that its actions in targeting “terrorists” were proportional and humane.

Sitting Ducks: Israeli Troops Fire on UN Peacekeepers in Southern Lebanon, Two peacekeepers were wounded by an IDF tank The UN’s peacekeeping mission in southern Lebanon, UNIFIL, said Thursday that Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers fired on its positions multiple times, and two peacekeepers were wounded by an Israeli tank.
UNIFIL said its headquarters in the town of Naqoura and several nearby positions came under repeated Israeli attacks. “This morning, two peacekeepers were injured after an IDF Merkava tank fired its weapon toward an observation tower at UNIFIL’s headquarters in Naqoura, directly hitting it and causing them to fall,” UNIFIL said in a statement.
UNIFIL said the injuries were not serious, but the two wounded peacekeepers remain in the hospital. The statement said the IDF also fired on a UN position in the town of Labbouneh, “hitting the entrance to the bunker where peacekeepers were sheltering and damaging vehicles and a communications system.”
A day earlier, UNIFIL said Israeli troops “deliberately fired at and disabled the position’s perimeter-monitoring cameras.”
The Israeli attacks on UN peacekeepers came after the Israeli military told UNIFIL to abandon its positions in southern Lebanon. https://news.antiwar.com/2024/10/10/israeli-troops-fire-on-un-peacekeepers-in-southern-lebanon/#gsc.tab=0
Mike Whitney, If Tehran Is Turned “Into a Parking Lot”, Israel Will be Soon to Follow [Whitney doesn’t know about the underground test last Saturday yet.] Israel now has its greatest opportunity in 50 years, to change the face of the Middle East. We must act now to destroy Iran’s nuclear program, its central energy facilities, and to fatally cripple this terrorist regime. We have the justification. We have the tools. Now that Hezbollah and Hamas are paralyzed, Iran stands exposed. —Naftali Bennett, former Israeli Prime Minister
For Israel to achieve its regional ambitions, it must lure the US into a war with Iran.
In order to accomplish that feat, Israel must strike Iran with enough force to provoke a violent and destructive retaliation.
As soon as it looks like Israel is in trouble, the US will ride to the rescue with “guns blazing”... ..Americans are under the illusion that the United States will prevail in a war with Iran. But it’s not true. Iran has been preparing for a war with the US for over two decades, and they are ready-to-go. They have developed a missile technology that far exceeds anything currently available in the Pentagon’s arsenal and they are fully prepared to conduct a protracted asymmetrical war that will trigger a cataclysmic disruption of critical supply lines followed by the thundering crash of global markets.
Bottom line: If the US attacks Iran, Washington is going to suffer a withering knockout blow that will end its dominance in the region and perhaps the world.
The top brass in the Pentagon know this as do many in the Intelligence community.
They know that a war with Iran is a bridge too far and a fast-track to the dustbin of history… ..That same calculus exists today. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have already been briefed on this reality. Donald Trump is already familiar with it. We cannot defeat Iran in a conventional fight. And here’s the gamechanger: The IRGC came out with a press release saying….”The Islamic faith allows things to change over time if a threat emerges against the Islamic Republic. And, if this threat does manifest itself, Iran will reconsider its stance on nuclear weapons. Iran is literally days away from being able to produce a nuclear weapon. If the US or Israel wants to play nuclear games, Iran is ready to play that game”. And this changes everything because Israel can no longer say, “We can nuke you, but you can’t nuke us”. Iran has put all the pieces together, and it would be a matter of days before they have a functioning nuclear device capable of being mounted on a missile that cannot be shot down and that missile will be fired against Israel or American targets in the region.
This is a gamechanger. The days of the United States intimidating Iran are over, passed, finished. And the same with Israel. Israel can be wiped out tomorrow. Iran is prepared to fire 2,000 missiles at Israel in the span of a few hours. These missiles would destroy the entire infrastructure of Israel including every power plant, every water purification plant, everything that deals with modern civilized society will be eliminated because it can’t be defended and because Israel has nothing to fall back upon. They will literally bombed back to the Stone Age, and that’s without using nuclear weapons. Three to five nuclear weapons will wipe Israel off the face of the earth. There will be no Israel. That is the reality facing Israel today. That is the weakness that Benjamin Netanyahu has brought on the Israeli state and the Israeli people. https://www.globalresearch.ca/tehran-turned-parking-lot-israel-follow/5869889

American journalist Jeremy Loffredo was released Friday morning by Israeli authorities after spending four days in Israeli detention following his arrest in the West Bank.
Although an Israeli judge granted his release from police custody, he was ordered to remain in the country until October 20, allowing investigators more time to bring additional allegations or to further interrogate Loffredo, according to Lea Tsemel, a renowned Israeli civil rights attorney who represented Loffredo. Police obtained Loffredo’s phone and were able to jailbreak the device and plan to search it for potential evidence, according to Israeli media.
Israeli police had held Loffredo, an independent journalist from New York, on suspicion of assisting an enemy in war, a serious allegation that carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment or death. https://theintercept.com/2024/10/11/us-journalist-jeremy-loffredo-released-israel-detained/

Russia Calls Out US Deep State on Covering Up P. Diddy Sex Scandal For many years, P. Diddy’s “white parties” were highly exclusive and not all Hollywood stars were given access. Participation at this level of crime was reserved for the highly exceptional business elites only, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman.
US law enforcement agencies and special services were involved in all this media blackmail, as well as “thousands of people” who were engaged in the “criminal network,” Zakharova said.
She also noted that many US experts believe the content of those “freak-offs” was recorded. The records enabled the creation of an “elite network” which has been spreading information to manipulate public opinion for years.
Zakharova also made the topic-related remarks on her Telegram page: “Now it is clear why the American deep state is interested in foreign policy, the Ukrainian agenda, hacking accusations against Russia, the “Kremlin hand,” and purported interference in US elections – all this is a smokescreen and a distraction from the bottomless decline of a society whose elite rapes children.” https://sputnikglobe.com/20241009/russia-calls-out-us-deep-state-on-covering-up-p-diddy-sex-scandal-1120487322.html

Globalists Are Taking The Mask Off And That’s A Bad Sign… Besides some of the speeches made by Klaus Schwab at the height of the pandemic, Kerry’s statements might be the most open declaration of globalist authoritarian intent I have ever heard. He’s pulling the mask off and this has me concerned.
His arguments fall in line with a number of articles published in the past couple months from establishment media platforms. The New Yorker just posted an article asking ‘Is It Time To Torch The Constitution?’ The New York Times published a treatise titled ‘The Constitution Is Sacred. Is It Also Dangerous?’ They also wrote an article highlighting the potential positives of despotic governments in countries like Brazil threatening to shut down public access to Elon Musk’s X (Twitter) in order to force the site to censor citizen accounts. These people are on a war path to convince the public that free speech is a threat.
When political elitists and their lackey’s start attacking free speech it’s usually in preparation for a major crisis that they hope to use as a vehicle to eliminate public freedoms. Free speech is the most important liberty because it enables the populace to discern through debate what the truth is and what to do about it.
The globalists thought they had a lock on information during covid and they were wrong. They won’t make the same mistake again. Whatever the next crisis ends up being, they will definitely seek to silence the the alternative media and any rebellious social media platforms before they move forward. https://alt-market.us/globalists-are-taking-the-mask-off-and-thats-a-bad-sign/

Ukraine is ready to unofficially give up lost territories for the sake of quick accession to the EU (A better opening position; who will negotiate for Ukraine?) Kyiv is ready for a ceasefire along the current front line. This is reported by the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera. According to the publication, Ukraine does not want to officially recognize the sovereignty of the Russian Federation over the DPR, LPR, parts of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, and in exchange expects to quickly join the European Union.
Ukraine’s disenfranchised President Volodymyr Zelensky is now scrambling to avoid losing everything at once. His army is exhausted, Western support has been severely curtailed, and the upcoming US presidential election threatens to cut off funding altogether. https://en.topcor.ru/52384-ukraina-gotova-neoficialno-otkazatsja-ot-poterjannyh-territorij-radi-bystrogo-vstuplenija-v-es.html
Bud’s Offshore Energy (BOE) Swedish engineer Erik Andersson has personally investigated the September 2022 sabotage of the Nord Stream pipelines. He is perhaps the most informed independent investigator of the incident and the associated legal and political drama.
Andersson provided an updated defense document filed by the pipelines’ insurers (attached) and posted his observations on X... ..Andersson’s personal view is that it doesn’t matter much if Team USA trusted and protected the Ukrainian sailboat crew so they could place the bombs, or if they just waited for the sailboat cover operation to finish before detonating the bombs they had placed there by other means(making sure they didn’t do anything that couldn’t have been done from a sailboat).
The presence of American, Danish and Swedish warships in the area, with all their surveillance capabilities, including the underwater surveillance, makes it a very hard sell that the Ukrainians did this alone without American participation.
American warships were also present at the crime scene when it was closed off(justified by an erroneous interpretation of international law)and cleaned up by the Swedish investigation. If any materials were found which contradicted the sailboat narrative, these materials could have been removed.
It’s impossible to trust the investigations when (1) the crime scene was illegally blocked & cleaned with US military protection, (2) international investigation was blocked, and (3) the Swedish and Danish investigations were closed with a bogus justification contradicting the premise of “jurisdiction” which was used to seize control of all information in the first place. (Very interesting point about Sweden and Denmark. After 16+ months of investigation, they both punted. Sweden suddenly didn’t have jurisdiction and Denmark decided they didn’t have sufficient grounds to pursue a criminal case.) https://budsoffshoreenergy.com/2024/10/08/erik-anderssons-informative-nord-stream-update/
