I saw this recently. Very interesting but I wonder if people realise that everything, really everything, the put into their mouths needs to be vetted first. If I go into a local supermarket to pick up a few things, I see trolleys loaded with ‘food’ I wouldn’t dream of giving to anyone, least of all children. Is it any wonder that people^s immune systems are depleted?
Quite true Belyi, I see the same here. I myself buy very little from the supermarket, preferring local farms, one of which delivers to my door raw milk, grass fed beef and butter. I must admit its becoming harder and harder to source wholesome food. I also distil my own collected water.
