Irelands New Pubic Health Bill page 47 and the word THING

Ireland’s New Public Health Bill carries the allowance of action to remove possessions from a property if it is suspected it could be contaminated or infected, there is an all encompassing word used which is ‘THING’. I checked with an AI system who brought up page 47 of the New Public Health Bill and asked if this could include pets? The answer was yes, although pets are sentient beings they are classed as being owned and therefore are a possession. I used only one AI system, does anyone want to use a range of them to see if the results vary?
