David DuByne thinks so. There was a massive eruption in Tonga, a couple of years or so ago, which spewed enormous amounts of water vapour into the atmosphere. David gives plenty of detail in this vid. The weather could be effected for years yet…

Our weather is coming from further North than normal and entraining Northerly winds. When I read that “they” could move Jet Streams using HAARP, then I took it that this was why. The Guy could be correct but who knows? I trust no-one these days.
I agree Ian, it’s probably got a “man made” element too. Just not AGW like the demons spew 24/7. No way of knowing for sure of course…
But the US Defence complex did say, a decade or more ago, that they would be able to weaponise the weather by 2025. I bet they did too, there is a fair bit of evidence, HAARP and spraying and more as you say…
And I have a feeling that David DuByne has been at AV in the past. So that gave him some credibility to my mind. Although I’ve not watched him in any detail, so don’t take that as certain. Can anyone elaborate?
