    No he isn’t, almost certainly not. I’ve seen folk questioning whether it was even Fauci, or one of his body doubles. Don’t hold your breath is my advice

    Drug cartels have controlled governments for ages. Think British East India Company, opium and China in 1800s. BEIC had a bigger army than the British State at the time..
