More good advice From Barbara O’Neil

- Have you ever drank lots of water, then gone to the loo and still feel thirsty?
- Do you use a water distiller?
- Do you use Himalayan salt or even normal table salt?
The video below with the superb Dr Barbara O’Neill will answer all the above questions.
Watch to the end.

Great info, thanks newensign. I use Himalayan salt, but I just bought some Celtic after watching that..
It took me years before I realised that I’d swallowed all the anti salt propaganda and that I wasn’t eating enough! Something here on the Tap by Tapestry if I recall correctly…
Which goes to show that, if they say it’s bad then, maybe it’s ok?
Yes Pete, we have all been hoodwinked into believing that salt and other things are dangerous for us. I have been using Celtic salt for about 20 years and am sure it has helped keep me well.
I’ve put this on my shopping list.
You are lucky Belyi, here in the UK one has to by it on line which is quite expensive. I top up on salt on day trips to France.
