Every year, members of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry are required to disclose money that has been paid to healthcare professionals. Disclosures for the year 2022 reveal that AstraZeneca paid doctors for “contracted services” who then appeared on ITV to promote vaccines or downplay vaccine injuries. Surely doctors have been paid by drug companies to peddle their products for years.
There have been holidays, expensive meals and plenty of other freebies and I remember this from the 1970s when I worked for a short time in the medical profession.
I agree, it simply as been on steroids the past few years. But the habit and willing compliance of the medics has been well and truly in place for a long time, with young women in short skirts being among the favourites for Pharma sales people.
