I remember a quote from a Chomsky book called Necessary Illusions. The quote was by an unnamed Presidential advisor. He said, “Be under no illusion, the role of government is to serve corporate power and the ruling elite. The role of the Media, is to control the stupid and ignorant masses”.

Its not only the American elite Danceaway, they were following orders from London. It was during the 15 & 1600’s that the English language was deliberately weaponised as at the time the upper classes spoke and wrote mostly Norman French and Latin. Old English, very similar to German and Dutch, was not considered sophisticated enough for their future designs, so they decided to improve it. They did so through the Shakespeare plays. It was Francis Bacon writing under that name. He was also responsible for the translation of the KJV Bible under King James I, he left his signature in Psalm 46. Shakespeare added over a 1000 new words to the language and not to mention the KJV. All in place ready for the Great Fire of London!!

Yes, so true new ensign. Thank you for your excellent synopsis. The chap in this video focused on the US, so I stayed with that in the title.

Isn’t it strange how all roads lead to London?

  4. newensign says:

Yes Danceaway, quite true it was about America, but I think sometimes we need to step back and look at the bigger picture in order to connect the dots. London uses its American colony as a testing ground for its policies, rather than they come here from America!
