Years Leading Up To The “Pandemic” & The
Launch Of The Infamous “Great Reset”
Everything in this document below is fully referenced with links to
official sources. 27th May 2024 is a date of critical importance for
mankind and will determine the future direction of humanity for better

2001 – The World Health Organisation revises its funding rules to
allow private & corporate interests to fund it.
The unelected, unaccountable private World Health Organisation (WHO) revises
its funding rules so as to allow ANY private or corporate investor to fund them.
Prior to this, the WHO was funded by the 194 individual member countries
contributions.
This change in the rules allowed the likes of The Bill & Melinda Gates
Foundation, GAVI (The Gates controlled “Vaccine Alliance”) and the Big
Pharmaceutical corporations (such as Pfizer, Astra Zeneca etc) to become
funders of the WHO. Please Note: Big Pharma IS NOT a charity and just like any
business, it wants something in return for its “donations”. Big Pharma makes
$BILLIONS in profits from people being sick and an absolute fortune from
pandemics (thanks to the vaccines). For e.g. Pfizer have just recently posted a
record $37 Billion third quarter profit for 2021 thanks to the Covid jab! That is
Big Pharma’s business model. Big Pharma LOVES “Pandemics”; they are a licence
to print money even more so if their World Economic Forum politician mates
make them mandatory. Bill Gates has now become the second largest funder of
the WHO, 2nd only to the United States. Please note how often Bill Gates crops up
in the following document!
From the WHO document declaring the funding changes:
“An internal Committee on Private Sector Collaboration was established in 1999 to
review the suitability and compatibility of proposals for partnership with
organizational policies and guidelines”.
As a side note, the current Director General of the WHO is Ethiopian Dr Tedros
Adhanom Ghebreyesus. They give him the moniker of “Doctor”, but he is not
really a medical doctor at all. In fact, he is the first World Health Organization
Director-General without a medical degree. Tedros is not only a Marxist, but he
was second in command of the extremely violent Ethiopian terrorist
organisation Tigray Peoples Liberation Front (TPLF).
In a 2017 report in the Ethiopian News & Views bulletin, Adhanom was accused
of committing crimes against humanity, accusing him of systematic genocide

4th May 2009 – The World Health Organisation revises its
definition of a “Pandemic”
Since 2003, the top of the WHO “Pandemic Preparedness” homepage contained
the following statement: “An influenza pandemic occurs when a new
influenza virus appears against which the human population has no
immunity, resulting in several simultaneous epidemics worldwide with
“enormous numbers of deaths and illness.”6 However, on the 4 May 2009,
scarcely one month before the H1N1 “Swine Flu” pandemic was declared
(which was very quickly proven to be a hoax!), the WHO web page was altered in
response to a query from a CNN reporter. The phrase “enormous numbers of
deaths and illness” had been removed and the revised web page simply reads
as follows: “An influenza pandemic may occur when a new influenza virus
appears against which the human population has no immunity.” The
previous “enormous numbers of deaths and illness” was removed!
This new definition of a pandemic allows the WHO to declare pandemics a lot
more easily and therefore more frequently. Under the new guidelines (guidelines
which were rigorously lobbied by Big Pharma and Bill Gates the two biggest
funders of the WHO), a “pandemic” under these new guidelines does NOT even
have to be lethal. EVERY flu season can now be classed as a “pandemic” under
the new guidelines as NOBODY has natural immunity to any new flu variant
UNTIL they are exposed to it and build that natural immunity – this is virology
101! These new guidelines are of no benefit to us “useless eaters”
, but are

June 2009 – H1N1 “Swine Flu” pandemic declared by The World
Health Organisation
A month after revising the definition of a “pandemic”, The WHO, using this new
definition, declared the H1N1 “Swine Flu” pandemic. Big Pharma made millions
selling the vaccines to terrified populations. However, this “pandemic” was soon
exposed as a hoax, thanks to a CNN reporter. This instigated an investigation by
The Council of Europe. The Council of Europe cited this alteration as evidence
that the WHO changed its definition of pandemic influenza to enable it to declare

February 2010 – Bill Gates’ makes his infamous “De-population”
Ted Talk
A mere 9 months after his de-population meeting, Bill Gates gave a now
infamous Ted Talk in February 2010, in which, after showing the equation CO2 =
P x S x E x C where P = People, S = Services per person, E = Energy per service
and C = CO2 per unit energy.
He then stated:
“This equation has four factors, a little bit of multiplication. So you’ve got a thing
on the left, CO2, that you want to get to zero, and that’s going to be based on the
number of people, the services each person is using on average, the energy, on
average, for each service, and the CO2 being put out per unit of energy. So let’s
look at each one of these, and see how we can get this down to zero. Probably, one
of these numbers is going to have to get pretty near to zero”
(Upon which the audience laughed!) Hmmm, which number would that be then Bill?
Would it be P=People by any chance?
He then said:
“First, we’ve got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people, that’s headed
up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health
care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps 10 or 15 per-
cent”
… But Bill, aren’t vaccines supposed to extend life expectancy? VERY STRANGE!

May 2010 – Rockefeller Foundation “Lockstep” report published
In May 2010 the Rockefeller Foundation published a 54-page report titled
“Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development”
(available on line as a pdf document, see links below). In this document it lays
out “scenarios” of a Technocratic digital future for mankind (in line with Klaus
Schwab’s “4th Industrial Revolution” and “Great Reset”).
The interesting thing about this report is that on page 18 under the heading of
“Lock Step – A world of tighter top-down government control and more
authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen
pushback”, the “scenario” being played out in this document describes exactly
the situation we are in today, a global pandemic with lockdowns and all the
restrictions forced upon mankind, it is virtually a “cut and paste”. It is as if this
document was an instruction booklet to the governments of the world. It
describes a hypothetical pandemic of a new strain of flu and the associated
“authoritarian” restrictions put in place by governments. The most chilling
paragraphs are as follows:
“During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their
authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory
wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to
communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets. Even after the
pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens
and their activities stuck and even intensified. In order to protect themselves
from the spread of increasingly global problems—from pandemics and
transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty—leaders
around the world took a firmer grip on power”.
“At first, the notion of a more controlled world gained wide acceptance and
approval. Citizens willingly gave up some of their sovereignty—and their
privacy—to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater safety and
stability. Citizens were more tolerant, and even eager, for top-down direction
and oversight, and national leaders had more latitude to impose order in the
ways they saw fit. In developed countries, this heightened oversight took
many forms: biometric IDs for all citizens, for example, and tighter
regulation of key industries whose stability was deemed vital to national
interests. In many developed countries, enforced cooperation with a suite of
new regulations and agreements slowly but steadily restored both order
and, importantly, economic growth”.

and letting leaders and authorities make choices for them”.

2010 – Moderna Inc incorporated with funding from DARPA and
Bill Gates
Moderna Inc, Bio-Tech Company was incorporated in 2010, amongst its funders
are the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (surprise surprise!) and more curiously,
the extremely sinister and controversial DARPA, which is a military agency of the
Pentagon. DARPA develops hideous sci-fi technology for surveillance and killing
(e.g. drones, robot soldiers, micro-wave weapons, bio-warfare, 5G etc). From
Wikipedia: “The Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is a
research and development agency of the United States Department of
Defence responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use
by the military.”
So, why would a military R&D agency (that develops technology to KILL people)
fund a pharmaceutical biotech company (that allegedly develops technology to
save lives) …hmmm?
Moderna have never actually brought ANY pharmaceutical product to market
until the Covid “vaccines” that is. It was Moderna that developed the brand new
un-tested on human beings (until now that is!) mRNA technology, hence their
name modeRNA. This technology re-programs human DNA, via messenger RNA
(mRNA), to make the cells in the body manufacture whatever they wish, in the
case of the Covid “vaccine”, the spike protein (which is the deadly part of the
virus). Your body’s trillions of cells then become spike protein factories.
Moderna proudly call their mRNA “medicines” “The Software of Life”. I would
suggest: “The Software of Death” to be more appropriate in view of the recent

1st July 2017 – World Health Organisation appoints Ethiopian
Marxist terrorist Dr.Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus as Director

After much lobbying, bribery, corruption and endorsement by communist China,

2018 – European Union launches it’s “Vaccination Passport
Roadmap”
In 2018 (2 years BEFORE the “pandemic”) the European Union conveniently and
very timely, launched its “Roadmap on Vaccination” document which timelines
from 2018 to 2022 the stages of its mass vaccination plan, this covers ALL
vaccines (vaccines that earn Big Pharma $Billions). Their ultimate plan is that
everybody WILL have to have whatever vaccines our glorious leaders decide you
should have whether you want them or not, there will not be a choice. If you
refuse, you will suffer penalties. The first column from the document states:
“Examine the feasibility of developing a common vaccination card/passport
for EU citizens”. The timing of this document turned out to be VERY fortunate, as
virtually everything was conveniently in place just in time for the Covid
“Pandemic” and the introduction of the highly controversial “vaccine passport”.
Of course, Big Pharma LOVES highly profitable vaccine mandates. For example,
Pfizer made a record $37 Billion profit in the last quarter of 2020 thanks to their

2019-The Belgian “Flu Minister” Dr Marc Van Ranst gives a
lecture at the Royal Institute for International Affairs London
On 22nd January 2019 (conveniently a year before Covid), the Belgian “Flu
Minister” Dr Marc Van Ranst gave a very candid and shocking “this is how you
do it” lecture, which was recorded on camera, at the Royal Institute for
International Affairs in London, also known as “Chatham House”. Chatham
House is an Elitist think tank where world political and business leaders meet to
discuss global issues. In this lecture, Van Ranst clearly explains how he managed
to fool the entire Belgian population during the 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu
“pandemic”. The Swine Flu “pandemic” was later proven to be a hoax and was
subject to an investigation by the Council of Europe, which got a lot of media

Van Ranst laughs as he explained how easy it was to fool and terrify the entire
Belgian population regarding the Swine Flu. He laughs while telling the attendees
how to go about it. He also explains how he used fear mongering, out of context
(i.e. fake) mortality rates and media manipulation (propaganda) to achieve this.
He laughingly explains how he managed to impose the vaccine for the Swine Flu
onto the frightened Belgian population. A vaccine produced by the very
pharmaceutical companies that he previously worked for and a vaccine, which
killed dozens of people before being withdrawn. Does any of this sound very

Among those attending this lecture were the hierarchy of the UK medical world
and media such as the British Medical Journal.

13th June 2019 – The World Economic Forum and the United
Nations sign a “Strategic Partnership Framework” to “Accelerate
The Implementation of The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable
Development”
On 13th June 2019, 6 months before the first news broke in Wuhan, Klaus
Schwab’s’ World Economic Forum (which is a fascistic globalist billionaires club
based in Davos, Switzerland that controls and corrupts governments around the
world) signed a highly controversial “Strategic Partnership” with the United
Nations to accelerate the implementation of the United Nations Agenda 2030 for
Sustainable Development. This partnership was met by strong opposition and
condemnation from around the World and was seen as a takeover of the United
Nations by the World Economic Forum (WEF). The WEF is an elite, private,
unelected billionaires club serving huge corporate interests only. This agreement
grants transnational corporations preferential and deferential access to the UN
system at the expense of states and public interest actors.
The Civil Society condemnation of the agreement was made in an open letter in
September 2019 that said it “delegitimizes the United Nations and weakens
the role of states in global decision making”. This preferential access would
undermine the mandate of the UN as well as its independence, impartiality and
effectiveness in holding businesses to account.
Gonzalo Berron of Transnational Institute, one of the key organisers of the
open letter said, “This agreement between the UN and WEF formalises a
disturbing corporate capture of the UN. It moves the World dangerously
towards a privatised and undemocratic global governance”.
Harris Gleckman, a former UN official and senior fellow at the University of
Massachusetts says, “This strategic agreement is a coup for the corporate
leaders at Davos, but what does it offer the UN and the international
community? This gives some of the most controversial corporations
unprecedented access to the heart of the UN, yet it has not even been properly
discussed by the UN’s country members and certainly not by the broader
public”.
Although corporate interest has long been wielded in the UN system, under the
new terms of the UN-WEF partnership, the UN will be permanently associated
with transnational corporations. In the long term, this would allow corporate
leaders to become “whisper advisors” to the heads of the UN system

On October 18th, 2019, the World Economic Forum (how predictable!), John
Hopkins University (surprise, surprise) and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
(him again!) ran the now infamous “simulation” table-top exercise called “Event
201”. It was a simulation of a hypothetical “novel Coronavirus pandemic” and
was held in New York. The aim was to predict how the World would react to and
to suggest ways to respond to a Coronavirus “pandemic” (lockdowns, social
distancing, masks, mandatory vaccinations etc). This “simulation” took place 6
weeks before the first news broke in Wuhan about you guessed, …a Coronavirus

In 2019, Microsoft applied for a patent on technology called ID2020 see website:

Of course this fuelled “conspiracy theories” about chipping humans with Bills

mention is that the Covid “vaccines” contain Graphene Hydroxide nano-particles
which are now proven to be the SECRET ingredient that Gates has referred to
many times in TV interviews. Well, it isn’t secret now and has recently been
proven scientifically by independent laboratories along with documented
evidence. Many scientific research papers show that Graphene conducts,
transmits and receives microwave radiation very well (such as mobile phone
microwave radiation 4G, 5G etc). Graphene is used in RFID “Nanotechnology” for
this very reason; it can be a microscopic SIM card. Nothing to worry about, I am
sure! There must be a genuine reason to inject highly toxic Graphene Hydroxide
into people’s bodies. Perhaps it kills Covid!

Nov 2019 – U.S. Department of Defence awards a contract for
“COVID-19 Research” in Ukraine 3 months before Covid was even
known to exist!
The world first started to hear about a “Novel Coronavirus” in early January
2020, with reports of an alleged new pneumonia like illness spreading across
Wuhan, China. However, the world did not actually know of “Covid-19” until
February 2020, because it was not until the 11th of that month that the World
Health Organisation officially named the novel coronavirus disease as Covid-19.
So with this being the official truth, why does the United States Government data
show that the U.S. Department of Defence (DOD) awarded a contract on the 12th
November 2019 to Labyrinth Global Health INC. for ‘COVID-19 Research’, at
least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and
three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19?
The shocking findings, however, do not end there. The contract awarded in
November 2019 for “COVID-19 Research” was not only instructed to take place
in Ukraine of all places, but it was also in fact part of a much larger contract for a

March 2020 – Covid-19 pandemic declared by The World Health

Using the amended WHO “pandemic” definition (see May 2009) On 11th March
2020, WHO Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (the medically
unqualified Marxist genocidal terrorist) declares to the world a global

Dec 2020 – The World’s first Covid “Vaccine” administered
On 8th December 2020, a mere 9 months after “operation warp speed” started,
the World’s first Covid-19 “vaccine” was given to 91 year old Margaret Keenan in
the UK. It was the Pfizer BioNTech messenger RNA (mRNA) gene therapy
“vaccine”. These vaccines are not merely a tweaked “traditional” flu vaccine as
many believe, they are experimental mRNA gene therapies, which work by re-
programming the human DNA so that it instructs the cells in the body to
manufacture the “spike protein” part of the Covid-19 virus (i.e. the spiky bits),
the theory being (and it is only a theory) that the body will build immunity to it.
However, this spike protein is now known to be highly toxic, particularly to the
vascular system (blood clotting, myocarditis, pericarditis, strokes, heart attacks,
paralysis, blindness etc). This is clearly being seen in the US Vaccine Adverse
Event Reporting System (VAERS) data and the UK Government MHRA “Yellow
Card” Scheme data, which is now looking shocking.
Miraculously, the usual pharmaceutical gold standard of 10 to 15 years for Phase
1, 2 and 3 double blind placebo safety trials on any new drug for a new disease
were condensed into an unbelievable 9 months! Side effects or “adverse events”
of any new pharmaceutical product can take many years to manifest, these are
the very reasons why safety trials take years to complete and it is impossible to
simulate time. In the very short 3-month human trials of these “vaccines” NO
children and NO pregnant women took part, so who knows what the effect will
be on them. Long-term safety and efficacy is still unknown and CANNOT be
proven, whatever the official narrative says. What is even more concerning is
that these “vaccines” are the first in the world to use mRNA technology
(developed by modeRNA), which has NEVER been used in humans before. All of
the Covid vaccines are still officially in clinical trials, which are due to be
completed in November 2023 (still 7 years shorter than usual!), in the meantime
those who take the vaccines are unwittingly human Guinea Pigs, taking part in
the largest human medical experiment ever & it’s not looking good so far.
Fortunately, for the Pharmaceutical Giants involved, all of the vaccines have been
given “Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA)” which allows them to go straight
to market WITHOUT the usual 10 years+ of safety trials. Also, under EUA, the
pharmaceutical companies are INDEMNIFIED from ANY liability should these
“vaccines” kill or injure the recipients, this is the reason why you have to sign a
declaration when you receive them (but sadly, very few read the small print!).
So, from Big Pharma’s point of view, these “vaccines” are manna from heaven,
ZERO LIABILITY, minimal cost in R&D and guaranteed sales in the multi-billions.
