Gonzalo dies – confirmed by father
Fri 11:39 pm +00:00, 12 Jan 2024He died in hospital according to his father. He wrote -tell my sister I have pneumonia in both lungs, and pneumothorax ‘ with more details added. He was about to have a procedure to help his condition.
Gonzalo Lira, Sr. says his son has died at 55 in a Ukrainian prison, where he was being held for the crime of criticizing the Zelensky and Biden governments. Gonzalo Lira was an American citizen, but the Biden administration clearly supported his imprisonment and torture. Several weeks ago we spoke to his father, who predicted his son would be killed.

Gonzalo Lira was the greatest video blogger of all time. Check out his work. Millions will miss his sense of humour, and amazing talent to speak, inform and entertain as he pulled out a cigarette and lit up. He was simply too good and turned many westerners against supporting the war against Russia in Ukraine where he lived. He was unfortunately for his own self too brave in speaking out against the regime in Ukraine offering his opinions. He was accused of giving out false information which he did not do. He stands a mile higher than those who killed him in Ukraine. My sympathy to his father, sister and other relatives. He was a quite extraordinary man and we will all miss him, especially here on The Tap where he was often featured.
