arrested political opponents
banned all unfriendly media
shut down Orthodox churches
announced there will be no presidential elections next year

Plus, US citizen Gonzalo Lira has been arrested and presumably jailed; no mention from Biden though.
Does sound a little bit like a dictator.
Not to mention the rumours of Ukrainian Marching Powder and the talk of a ‘Russian’ attack on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.
