    Completing the consultation takes a bit of time but it is worth it. The guide with suggestions of points to consider is very valuable. The last question is particularly important and straight forward to reply to ( those for whom maintaining access to cash is critical ) so be sure to get to that one even if skipping some of the others.

    I also wrote to my MP although I know she will take no inotice, as it was an opportunity to point out to her that I realise that if I say nothing she takes my silence as compliance, and now she knows that I am not being silent!!

    I admire your lingering belief in the system, D’, and I’ll fill it in because I like you. I feel however, and mean no disrespect whatsoever, that it is already a foregone conclusion. I am however a glass half empty person on a good day, so will hopefully be very wrong. I’d love to feel positive.
