If you’re non-technical, I wouldn’t blame you for generally passing on my posts which contain a formal-looking attachment.

This one, by Tom Jefferson, a colleague of Carl Heneghan, is written in a particularly clear manner because his audience was a group of “lay” politicians in the EU. You may recall or be aware of the “2009 global flu pandemic”?

At the time, I recall being extremely busy struggling to keep the R&D site at which I worked open, and there was a serious risk that we were finally getting the bullet. Despite our sincere best efforts, I/we were not able to persuade senior management in HQ of the merits of our arguments, and a year later, I returned from a summer vacation only to be ushered into my boss’s office (she was then in the role of Site Head).

I was told that my “therapeutic area” (allergic and respiratory diseases) was too close. I was sworn to silence for some months. Such conditions aren’t unreasonable and in fact, it was a privilege to be told early. The notice period was instrumental in many decisions I subsequently made, to several of which I directly ascribe my eventual success in the biotechnology field and in the consulting field. Perhaps more anon if there’s interest.

Back to ‘09 and this “flu pandemic”. I never saw the slightest hint of anything let alone of a scary big thing worthy of the name, “pandemic”. I discussed it with a very small number of friends and we all concluded that the media coverage was not slightly but massively and obviously in discord with the facts on the ground. I was not then aware that much of the world of business was steered as much by nefarious plans, “regulatory capture”, heaps of public money, and corrupt politicians.

Naive and trusting? Guilty as charged. Personally, in research and early clinical development, through my whole career, I encountered (personally detected) complete fraud only once, early in my career. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was definitely fraud. People hiding results unfavourable to the continuation of a key project and actively misleading senior management, in order that they’d met their goals.

Aged 31 and in my first “management” position, I’d not long been with my new employer before I fell over the dead dog that was my fellow Department Head’s leading project. Using the same kind of skills, later honed much further and deployed in spotting fraud re “the covid pandemic”, I concluded that the project in question had a zero percent chance of success and should be halted.

I had no tools to cope with this and, after first politely and later accusingly, talking this through with my peer and our boss in common, I ended up leaving. I estimate seven years approximately of career advancement was lost because I detected fraud, was correct to do so as it turned out, refused to go along with it, and would not commit to remaining silent about it.

I offer this preamble because I think what happened was a microcosm of what happened in 2009 and unfortunately in 2020. Few people have the nose to spot fraud where they work unless you’re a crook yourself. I expect few middling people in banking have any special insights into national budget-scale corruption that sits between institutional lenders, treasury officials, banking regulators, financial media, and senior executives/politicians.

The same is true of the analogous situation in “big pharma”. It literally never crossed my mind that truly evil stuff could be cooked up around the board table. I wasn’t there more than 2-3 times over 30+ years, and each time merely to give what was called “dog and pony shows”.

The same kind of extraordinary fraud has been playing out in the field of “public health” for decades. I now recognize that this extraordinary level of fraud is NORMAL in the upper echelons of business including pharmaceutical companies, banking, public funding of life sciences and other research, etc.

Our institutions are awash with fraud everywhere you care to look.

Has it always been so?

I think there’s always been fraud. What’s new is its global scale and impact. With all that as a backdrop, please enjoy/learn from Tom Jefferson’s account.

I’ve mentioned several of these themes before and I confess it’s gratifying to see a clever fellow like Prof Jefferson laying it all out so clearly. I redouble my remarks that:

1. Global pandemics of respiratory illnesses are immunologically impossible.

2. “Flu Vaccines” do not work and never could have worked. Note the implications for fraud implicit in that statement. They’ve all gone along with it.

3. People do go down with acute (short-term, sudden-onset) respiratory illnesses from time to time, often with a distinctly seasonal nature, but they’re almost always self-limiting except in the old and frail. Collectively, we called this group of conditions “influenza-like illnesses” (ILI).

4. We do not know what causes most cases of ILI. I no longer subscribe to the notion of respiratory viruses as causative agents in these illnesses. There’s absolutely no proof that such things even exist (I’m not trying to pick a fight so set this aside if it bothers you). What is NOT in doubt is that <<<<we don’t know what causes at least 80-90% of “influenza-like illnesses”. >>>>

With the shocking conclusion above, you can see how certain I am that an industry based on “pandemic flu preparedness” must be fraudulent at its very core.

In Prof Jefferson’s written evidence to the EU enquiry of suspected corruption in relation to the non-existent 2009 “flu pandemic” apprehended initially by Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, you’ll see evidence for much (not all) of my assertions.

As an aside, I’m flattered by Wolfgang’s late-2020, personal approach, as far as I know, made to me alone, to co-author a public letter of warning about the covid19 injections. He wanted someone who’d been in pharmaceutical industry in order to evaluate how likely it would be that certain characteristics of these jabs could plausibly have arisen inadvertently. I was clear: these characteristics are flagrantly obvious to those close to the design of c19 injections.

One of the most disappointing aspects of all this is that Channel 4 TV’s John Snow was happy to criticise the corruption in the 2009 “influenza pandemic”, but completely failed to do the same in 2020 (we did try).
