Feet On The Ground

It’s free. Admittedly, if you live in an urban area and especially within a residential tower block, it may be more of a challenge to go out and find some grass and or earth. Yes, you risk being observed as the ‘nutter’ standing with bare feet to the ground as others wander by. I have access to a garden, so I’m alright Jack! This morning, I even skipped too.

Does it work? I don’t know. I’ve not tried it in methodical fashion, but certainly being on grass or sand at the beach or in the sea, feels good.

Quoting from:

Grounding, or earthing, refers to connecting electrically with the Earth. A growing body of research is finding numerous health benefits as a result of the physical body being grounded.

Unfortunately, with our modern rubber or plastic soled shoes and insulated sleeping arrangements, we no longer have a natural electrical connection to the Earth, unless walking barefoot.

There are two key reasons why this electrical connection is important:

The Earth is a massive reservoir of free electrons. Without a connection to this reservoir, the cells in our body are unable to balance the charge of electron-deficient free radicals. The effect of grounding on clumped blood cells is also well documented (see Scientific Research).

Our modern environment is full of a wide spectrum of electromagnetic radiation, from computers, mobile phones & masts, radio & TV broadcasts, WiFi, Bluetooth, power lines, domestic wiring, and other electrical appliances. This electromagnetic radiation induces voltages in our bodies, disrupting the trillions of subtle electrical communications which are a vital part of the function of our body’s systems. By being grounded to the Earth we greatly reduce the levels of these induced voltages, as we are then effectively shielded by the Earth’s large electrical mass.

On a less tangible level, it may also be that the connection we make with the Earth actually carries information, and helps align us with the greater network of intelligence of our planet.

The simplest way to be grounded is to go outside and place your bare feet or hands on some grass or earth, or to immerse yourself in a body of conductive water such as the sea or a mineral-rich lake.

When indoors, an Earth connection can be made by driving a metal rod into the ground outside, running a wire from the rod, and then connecting it to ourselves.

This may sound like a lot of hassle, but fortunately the majority of domestic electrical systems in the world already have such a rod and wire running indoors, connecting to the ‘earth’ pin on every mains electrical outlet. And rather than having to connect a wire to ourselves, a variety of conductive products have been developed, such as earthing sheets, mats, bands and patches.

The most immediately noticeable effect people report from being grounded is that they ‘feel better’. This has been described as a feeling of greater peace within themselves, feeling calmer with reduced stress levels. If there is pain present then often this is reduced or disappears completely.

People who notice negative effects from using computers or other electrical equipment report a reduction or elimination of these effects when grounded.

Since the products we sell are not CE marked as medical devices currently, we are not permitted to make any medical claims in relation to the effects of grounding.

End quote.
It’s free to do. Why not give it a go?

    Great advice thanks NPP

Mathis has done a lot of work on this on his science site. He has a radical theory about “charge” in our realm

That charge is the real driver of our planets health. And that this charge is obtained from the solar system, galaxy and the universe. That the sun is in fact a charge engine, not nuclear fission. It takes in such universal charge and then charges the earth by a process of recycling. The gas giant planets too, like Saturn and Jupiter. That the earth takes in charge at the poles and that charge exits our earth in the equatorial regions. That charge is ESSENTIAL for our good health

It’s a fascinating theory and, like most of his stuff, it is purged from the search engines. Which makes me think that he might be on to something

Whatever, if his theory is correct then, it demolishes mainstream physics completely. The mainstream deny that electrical energy is relevant. They rely entirely on gravity, which is itself another “theory” that is unproven. Just like big bang, evolution and so many others. A clear lack of empirical evidence means that they remain theoretical in truth, whatever the bad guys say

That’s a very similar perspective to Mathis, thanks NPP

“This is all to say that the Solar Cycle fell to my unified field solution, since I have
shown the big planets influence the Solar Cycle not via gravity, but mainly via charge. Others before me had noticed the Solar Cycles seemed to follow the cycles of Jupiter, but the gravitational influences
weren’t able to explain the data. So they gave up a century ago and almost no one has looked seriously at it since. Not having charge to work with, or a unified field, the mainstream simply couldn’t solve
this one. But with my unified field, the solution was pretty simple. The Sun is recycling charge coming in from the Galactic Core, then sending it out to the planets on the Solar Wind. This is the
main mechanism of the Solar System, not gravity. Gravity is only a cohort of charge/EM in the unified field. And once we include charge in the equations, all the old unanswerable questions are immediately
answered, including—as it turns out—the question of chaos. The charge field fills all of Newton’s “remaining inequalities”, making celestial mechanics fully deterministic again. The chaos was never in
Nature, it was only in incomplete and faulty field equations.”

If you go to his updates page and click
    Ctrl F and type Solar
then the papers will be highlighted in the side bar

He has a separate science site which is very extensive

Can all this just be one guy? Hard to credit, if so he’s one of the science greats

As I live on the 4th floor and there is no garden or green space anywhere near, I’ve bought a grounding mat which plugs into the mains.

Not quite the same as walking barefoot in the summer, but at least I haven’t needed to wear socks for over two years, which is when I bought it as it improves the circulation in the feet.
