Elensky lying again; contradicted by own staff; sense of the west tiring of him and of the Ukraine conflict as they watch Russia prepare. Civilians being advised to leave Kherson by Ukraine.

Protests in Germany ( left and right coming together ) and Austria. France and Italian leaders not on good terms. German CEOs angry about Biden luring their industry to the US with cheaper energy.

Civil war in Ethiopia ended; no one  reporting on it.

Turkey launching offensives against Kurds in Syria, who are  supported by the US. It is likely that the Kurds will be abandoned by the US.

More difficult to memory hole, sweep under the carpet, the Ukraine conflict; too much has been said, too much done. Huge refugee catastrophe likely to occur if this conflict continues.

But Ukraine would do well do watch what is happening to the Kurds.
